CREATIVE WRITING: DIVISION OF LABOUR.

Greetings fellow steemians and welcome to this latest episode of CREATIVE writing. I am going to caption it DIVISION OF LABOUR. Many hands they say light work.

Why is it that some companies succeed and others not. This is simply because they have properly shared their work and are practicing division of labour. Each of their employees from top to bottom is assigned a particular duty to carry out. Such an employee is trained based on what he or she is going to be doing. This helps their employers to better manage and do performance evaluation monthly or yearly. This would help the employer know if a particular staff needs to change position or needs more training in a particular domain. At times some employers will see the need for additional staff if some positions are under performed due to work pressure. Staff members should rotate in their functions. Management should endeavour to switch workers because doing one and the same thing every day leads to boredom. This would equally assist the company to easily adapt if a worker is absend from work or is on permission.

We can as well be applied in our homes. Work should be shared at our homes. This is to keep everyone busy. When we get up each day family members should know exactly what they are supposed to be doing. Those that are to fetch water should know exactly what to do. While some are in the kitchen, others should be cleaning the house, some family members doing house chores. They should be strict follow up to be sure each house task is done well. There should be a time frame for family members to switch duties. Those who were in the kitchen can now switch up with those cleaning the house. Meanwhile those fetching water can switch up with those doing laundry. This makes everyone have a mastery of every house work.

The essence of this write up is because in most entities, some people are over loaded with work while others just lazy around doing nothing. It's not fair.
