Hi to steemians of this wander full community. I am @fuhevelinefusi, wishing to share with us a creative writing on weekend and Reflections.

This weekend combines a number of different approaches in respect to our responsibilities. It's purpose is to give participants a structure within which to use their time, while allowing them enough freedom to pursue their own paths. Within the weekend there are ideas taken from different dimensions and different methods of meditating on them.

When planning a weekend like this, the leaders must be aware of the need for space and time and quietness. Beware of trying to cram too much in to the event. In some issues, there should be very little talking: the task of a leader is to provide an atmosphere within which progress and Reflection May take place.

Silence may arise naturally at various points, but there is no need to impose it. Some people are comfortable with silence; others find it awkward and embarrassing.

At some point in the session like this, it is suggested that people should share in pairs or in small groups. Again do not be rigid or heavily directive. Allow people to talk with those with whom they feel comfortable. Infact if leaders set the right atmosphere, most participants will like to share their reflections.

Deep feelings will almost certainly be provoked on a weekend such as this. Be ready to deal with them. It will be advisable for one of the leaders, or some other experienced person, to be available for counseling

Don't worry if some people want to use the time in ways other than you suggest. As long as they do not disrupt the other members, allow them to use the weekend in their own way.
