CREATIVE WRITING ON "GOALS SETTING" ON THE 29/01/2022

Greetings steemit friends . How are we doing today? I am sure we're fine by His Grace. This creative writing is going to focus on "GOALS SETTING".

#GOALS SETTING#
Goal setting involves the development of an action plan designed in order to motivate and guide a person or group toward a goal. Goals are more deliberate than desires and monentary intentions. Therefore, setting goals means that a person has committed thought, emotion, and behavior towards attaining the goal.

#TIME#
This will vary according to the number of goals to be set. Allow about 10 minutes for one goal per person; about 20 minutes for three. If a large group is working on goals, then a full session of one and a half hour may be needed.

This method of ending is an attempt to set firm goals for the future. It is appropriate both for individual goals, and for group goals such as planning for an organization. The exercise can be simple or complex, depending on the number of goals to be set, and on the time scale to be looked at.

At its simplest, ask participants to set one goal, and state how they will achieve the goal, and when they aim to achieve it. If more than one goal is to be set, then a chart can be offered as a way of formulating the idea.

If this exercise is to be used, for example, by a group planning for the next four years for an organization, different areas of work might each have their own chart----finance, mission property, education etc.

The end should only be used in a group where people know each other well and have built up a high degree of trust and openness. If you are not certain that this degree of trust exist, the ending which is especially appropriate to a retreat or time of spiritual reflection.

Goals setting is an important aspect in every organizational set up and if you miss the target, it will be the beginning of organisational failure.
