Farming in my community

Farming is the act of planting and cultivation of plants and the reading of animals with the purpose of producing foods, raw material and cash products. Farming is very differ but also peculiar to certain communities. Some community can participate in some types of farming because of their weather, region and other factors. In my community we participate in planting of vegetables and fruits, we are into food production. We produce vegetables like spring onions, African Spinach, cucumber, carrots e.t.c. I would be showing you pictures on how we plant our vegetables.

This vegetables are produced consume fresh, this beacause the farm is very close to the community so there is no need to store or even transport a far distance.

Usually people come to buy the vegetables directly from the farm.
They make use of different equipment such as hoe, watering can,they use fertilizers. They really don't use sophisticated machineries this is because it's a small farming and does not require so much labour.

My community is agriculturally friendly and we have access to good and fresh vegetables. Let's try to cultivate vegetables if we have a space to do and of we can't, let's support farmers to do more.
