WHAT IS YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF AUTISTIC SPECTRUM DISORDER?

In my own perspective and understanding," Autistic spectrum disorder is a disease that develop with disability that is being caused by differences in Human brain,on this note people with Autistic spectrum disorder normally have problems on how to talk in public , that they lack social communication ability and how to interact with people around them.
In this case, people who are facing this challenge of sickness are some time be restricted from being mix with others because of their behaviors,as such they have different ways of learning, moving around the enviroment and also different way of how care givers pay attention to them.

• Lack of simple interactive game: A child is expected to interact normally with people around them and also a fellow child,so because of the case of autistic spectrum disorder in early childhood it's affect them not to have play mate because they do things the way they like.

• Inability to speck well: Children are expecting to start speaking at the age of one two months,this is a skill parents are expected from them but if they couldn't do so and they still take to two years, that signifying there's a problem which can be cause by Autism spectrum Disorder (ASD).

• Lack of response to name calling: Every child is expecting to get the sense of responding to their names when they are being call by the parents or nursing mother,they are expecting this from them by 9 months,so.if a child can not do it is then expected that there's autism spectrum disorder.

• Poor learning ability :This autism spectrum disorder is affecting the brain which is the Central organs that control other parts of body,if the disease affect such person, the Victims will have low intelligence in reasoning and learning.
So it really affect their skills of learning.

• Sight (eyes) Contact Avoidance: Any chid suffering from autistic spectrum disorder do have the challage of inability to keep eye contact directly with others.

• Not listening to people: Autism patient don't attend to people adivce or correction, they. do what pleases them at all times.
Believing they are doing the right, this is because their brian have been affected by the disease. (ASD).
So these are some of the signs of this disease..

No it is not a curable disease, rather it can only be managed by medical expert or speacialist . It can only be handled through focusing on treatment, support, and skills development which will help the patient to feel among humans not being discriminated. Also a medical treatment programs should be greatly cry out for good improvements for outlook of most young children. Therapies and intervention in term of behaviors should be design to give remedy to avoid more accuracy . Autism can be handled through good care of love, no discrimination because it not the making of the parents . I had encounter with the patient of autistic spectrum disorder by name Gabriel ,he is a niece to my friend,any time I went there I will be setting tears because of how life is with him. He can not play with his age mate,even in school he is always behind in class . At home Gabriel will be doing things in his own likings, but in this condition his cousin who is my friend doesn't joke with him,he makes sure proper care is giving to him and other kids do have funs with him to make him feel among them.

My advice to the society is that they shouldn't discriminate these because they also have the right of belonging in the society so they should be treated well.
To the caregivers they should embrace them at all times and finally to the parents they should not neglecte them from home activity they should make them feel among with their brothes and Sistes and also play games with them to make them develop the sense of playing.
This will really help the autistic spectrum disorder patient to feel among other persons.
