Morning Meditations with @elian23khan || Accept each other just as Christ has accepted you

Hello my dear friend, good morning.

Are you aware that when ever you practically love, you are worshipping God?

That sounds like challenging, but this is how it goes. Any moment you love someone practically, you are showing what God is like in Himself, and that is exactly what worship is - showing who God is to others. The Bible says, "God is love". So when you love, you are showing who God is to others.

God says, “I am loving. I am compassionate. I want you to be like me. I want you to cultivate in yourself a lifestyle that will show others that you are like Me.”

You are never going to be God. But God wants you to become godly. He wants you to cultivate and live in a way that others will say, "like father like son, like father like daughter." He wants you to learn to love people the way he loves them, that is what being godly means.

There are a thousand and one ways to love like God love's. One way to love other people is by accepting people for who they are.

Apostle Paul said, “Accept each other just as Christ has accepted you so that God will be given glory” (Romans 15:7 NLT).¹

God wants you to accept everyone, no matter what. But you know acceptance is not approval right? Of course that's right!

There’s a difference between acceptance and approval. While God loves and accepts you as you are, without placing some types of limiting factors, on the other hand, He doesn’t approve of everything that you engaged in or cultivate as a habit. It should be the same for you. You should stop accepting people conditionally or approving of everything they do.

Love is not approving everything a person does, it is accepting the beloved in spite of what he or she does.

As you go about your activities today, use the opportunity to worship God by loving those you come in contact with and accept them with no strings attached to it. Amen
