I am here once again participating in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 8 Week 2 in this great community. I would be performing the activities required of me immediately.
A gender equal world is a great development, bringing everyone together,both male and female equal before the law and providing an enabling environment for their voices to be heard amidst all challenges or problems encountered. I can really be of maximum help to my community in forging the motion for a gender-equal world through these ways.
Illiteracy Is a major setback in development in the world today basically in developing and 3rd world countries. Women are faced with little or no enlightenment about civic rights and at most cases fundamental human rights too. Therefore, they are displaced in the society having little or no say in day to day running of the state.
Therefore, enlightenment would be a massive aid to these women, through seminars, workshops, activation and a host of other activities to help them forge a gender-equal world. This can be my little way of helping my community forge a gender-equal world.

The girl child is basically subjected to various inequality situations such as political apathy, trafficking, rape, illiteracy, ignorance and so on. Therefore, if the girl child is properly educated on her fundamental rights and ways o protecting her rights too. It can forge a gender-equal world.
However, I would really be instigating the process of rewarding parents with a gift bounty in my community for any parent who can allow the girl child go to school and get educated on her political rights and participation in politics too. They are part of the populace and should be treated equally as special citizens who are qualified to contest in any political office too.
To forge a gender equal world, the enlightened and educated women who are relegated to the side lines can be given political appointment and other special appointment too. This can be an avenue of striking a balance and enhancing gender equality.
Moreso, I have resolved to speak with my community traditional chief, to put this into consideration as regards appointing competent people both male and female no matter the gender to be able to run the affairs of the community properly and foster a gender-equal world at large.
These celebration of Women International day, would definitely increase visibility and equality, Publicity and public awareness in the world populace, making people recognise the worth and great importance of the female gender in active participation in the society and politics too.

These celebrations has a huge role to play as it sits up respect, recognition and general awareness of the import of visibility and equality, thus increasing publicity of women globally and their importance to the world.
This remains a very tactical question. There is a thin line between feminist fight and women's right fight. The Feminist fight tends to uphold rules and regulations to ensure the voices of females are heard. Feminism fights for rights to social and political status of women to be publicised.
On the other hand, women right fight is a route through gender equality, aimed at achieving enhancing the gender to be equally treated in special spheres of life in the society. Their rights must not be trampled upon, they have access to dignity of human person and other fundamental rights too.
I do concur that women in top positions, must be done. Gender must never be a prerequisite for appointment of persons in position. It must be good service, competence and high academic qualification

Furthermore, there are some women in top positions in my country, a special one is Mrs. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala. A very competent and brilliant economist who was the finance minister of my country for some years. Today she is reinstated in the office of Director General Of World Trade Organization
She is reputabe, highly respected, and recognised worldwide for her great mental capacity and special academic competence in performing her managerial duties in her political and economic offices respectively.

This is my opinion and it is subject to constructive criticism too. I feel it is merit that is a great prerequisite for a good leader. Gender has nothing to do with the position. Efficiency in carrying out diplomatic duties without fear or favor, in transparency and uprightness would definitely be a good portfolio to bestow the virtue of a being called a good leader.
Gender equality in leadership position should be upheld in the world today. There must not be any room for gender inequality, women's right must be upheld. I once again appreciate you all for your time.

Hola amigo sin duda que las mujeres merecen todo el derecho de participar en todas las áreas ya basta no permitirle el derecho al trabajo a las mujeres, hoy día existen muchos cargos importantes que son ocupados por mujeres lo que quiere decir que se han ganado su puesto con mucho mérito y demostrando que son capaces de ocupar esa posición
