Hello everyone I hope you are all ok and enjoy the good kife by the grace of Allah Almighty I am here for the participate in the amazing engagement challenge which organised by the Steem Cameroon the name of this challenge is Gender visibility and enquality so let's start;
How can we help our community forge a gender-equal world? |

Gender discrimination is a significant and sensitive issue of the society.We see here the limitations and boundaries set for different gender in the jobs,work opportunities that causes the atmosphere of the injustice in the society.These inequalities are implemented on the males and females of the society specially.In some countries womens are considerd as the lower community and did not find the proper rights to work.
It is really necessary for any community to know the importance of the women rights in the society. They are the important pillars of the society that helps to establish the building. We can also contribute by helping the community in the way that we can support the organizations that are build for the women rights or also share the good content for the proper rights of women.
If we will contribute we will be able to get the society without the gender discrimination. Where every person has the equal rights to work and take part in the progress of the country.
Women International day is celebrated on the 8th March.On the day there are many initiatives and seminars are arranged to increase the awareness in the people.These seminars and workshops give the awareness to the people towards the womens rights.This is a good step for the awareness and I think this will increase the awareness in people to some extinct.
For the welfare of the societies it is really important to give the proper opportunities and rights to work with their abilities and take part in the society progress.In many countries womens are not allowed to did any kind of work they are limited to homes instead of having the good capabilities to serve I think in those areas these initiatives will work to motivate and encourage the womens to grow more.
Are the Feminism fight and Women Rights are same |

I consider Feminism and womens rights two different sides.If i talk about the Feminism they have the motive to put the equality in mens and womens.Their motive is to consider the men ans women equal in jobs or even in the house holds. On the other hand the women rights organizations serve for the motive to provide the basic rights to the womens such as the work opportunities.
The freedom to live without discrimination and contribute in the countries progress.The difference between them is important to understand our relegions has set some boundries for women they should be important to consider that the reason not every women is in the support of Feminism but every women support the women's rights.

There are many examples in front of us there are many womens that are working for the progress of the country and in the history we see many examples.In my country there are also many examples of the inspiring womens from the foundation of the country pakistan there are many of the ladies that helps quaid Fatima JinnahThat helps to build the foundation. Benazir Bhuttothat serves the nation as the prime minister of Pakistan.
Sana Mir that is the leading captain of pakistan Cricket team.Sania Nishtar working currently for the progress of the country. Afia Siddique She was the neuroScientist of Pakistan with a high Iq level.
These are some inspirational ladies that put efforts in the growth of the country there are also many more but I have mentioned some.
What makes the good leader merit or the gender |

Leadership is not judged on the gender.Every person who has the ability to serve and capacity to take the country on the highest is the good leader.A good leader is not male or female
A good leader is the passionate figure that has the capacity to handle all the problems.So the leader is far away from the racism,cultures genders or the colours.There are many examples we see the womens are serving as the leader and helps to build the good foundation of the nation.

Apny gender k bary me bht tafseel se bat ki ha, me apky har point se agree hun, lekin ham feminism or women right ko same thing bol sakty hain, kunky dono ka maqsad same ha. Jin women's ka apny zikar kia ha wo waqai hi me bht lajwab hain. Share karny ka shukria.
