To give assistance to (someone); make it easier for (someone) to do something; aid.

To give material or financial aid to.

To wait on, as in a store or restaurant.

To contribute to the effectiveness or improvement of (something); improve or advance.

To ease the pain or discomfort of; relieve.

just to list out a few.

Quite amazing the answer is YES , i've sought help quite a good number of times or maybe say even countless number of times and maybe it just depends on my perception or understanding of the word help

If i should choose an just one instance where i sought help i'll recall back to when i was in my village, going to the farm for work and on coming back especially during the harvest season, having to carry like a bag of maize on your head and trek a distance of at least an hour before reaching home. While on the way i had only one prayer that God would send someone who will help me with the load along the way, someone who will help me carry the load even for just a quarter of the whole distance🤦‍♂️ or get to a resting spot then after resting will need someone's help to lift the load and at that point i have no choice but to seek help from whosoever is passing by.

I guess every situation will always have its own focus audience. While on the way returning from the farm i'll first start praying to God from within(seeking Gods help) then when at resting spot after done resting i get to seek help from whosoever i find passing by as long as the person looks promising to help.

😃😃 The first case always seems pretty funny because it always seemed as if God wasn't answering the prayers sometimes though sometimes after praying like that along the way i'll find someone who will carry the load for me. so then it looked as if God responded partly positively and partly negatively. Coming to the part of the passer-by, they always responded positively with helping with a lift, unless it was a quarter friend whom i had issues with who could respond negatively but apart from that the responses were always positive.

From then till now i've gotten to learn many lessons from that situation.

First i learnt that in a desperate situation never get to judge or draw conclusions until you're calm and settled. I bring this out because for me carrying that load, praying to God for help and seeing people without any load walk pass me without offering to help sometimes i felt like concluding that the people were wicked or selfish or that God wasn't hearing my prayers, but by the time i reached home i realized that sensation came just due to the desperation.

Secondly, i learnt from my expectations to help others. So when i walk pass someone carrying a load and i don't get to help the person i feel uneasy because i've been in same situation too.
