If those who are under you are failing in their duties, it is because you as their boss have failed in your own duty to train them.

This is true but it's not 100% true because some subordinates fail in their duties because;

• 1 Some may be just too lazy to work harder.
• 2 Others may be due to stress from home especially their wives and mother in law's.😊

Well I think the reason why most terrible bosses behave like this, is due to fear for loosing their position. Because people go through thick and thin to get to high ranking positions and knowing well that being nice to subordinates can make them take you for granted. So being hard on others is the only choice they have.
I pray we be great bosses tomorrow and make a change.
