Mindfulness practice has a lot of benefit especially health wise try it out, it reduces stress and relaxses the brain for better memory and know when to caution.

I agree to this point very well because if we practice mindfulness, we won't be thinking so much because overthinking can lead to malfunctioning of the brain or even leads to high blood
