My Steemit Recruitment Story

1️⃣ How many persons have you recruited to Steemit?

As i have said since joining this platform i have done my best in recruiting steemians and will continue doing so. But as of now i can boost of 8 recruites which are @chenwipettylon, @njiclinton @kulkaleonard, @chiakingsley, @abonguelizzet,@rafk, @tabikingsley and @enoegbe .

2️⃣ What strategies did you use to raise awareness about Steemit as well as recruit them?

• I used so many strategies such as raising awareness about steemit on all my social media platforms
• I also raised awareness on steemit sensitization by walking and sharing posters and flyers
• i have also been talking to friends about steemit most at times when ever we are discussing

3️⃣ How's their Steemit Performance?

Generally, most of them are performing not too good as they keep complaining of how difficult it is to utilize the platform. Its only @abonguelizzet and @enoegbe that are putting in their best. @abonguelizzet is a trader so most at times she is in the bush market out of network but anytime she comes back she try by all means to create a post.

4️⃣ Do you follow them up?

Yes i do follow them up especially @abonguelizzet when ever she is free and i do always encourage all my recruits to be active on steemit by creating good contents and i always do show them examples.

5️⃣ How many of them are active and how many dormant?

I can say as of now only 2 are active and 6 are dormant. Out of The 6 dormant once, two had misplaced their phone and the other guy @tabikingsley is a bike 🚴 rider so he says he doesn't have enough time so as to be active on the platform due to the nature of his work and moreover, his phone disturbed alot.

@rafk and @kulkaleornard are not just seriouse despite my efforts of trying to tell them to be serious,but i believe with time they will truely realized how amazing this platform is and will eventually start being active. I am also working very hard so as to make all my recruits very active and i believe i will definitely do it
