Happy weekend to y'all. I hope you are all enjoying the weekend perfectly. It's always an honor writing here In this community. You are all welcome to my blog today. Today, I will be discussing on rehabilitating Cameroonian Steemians and the reanimating and creation of a WhatsApp group chat for easy engagement and communication by Cameroonian Steemians.
I had a very brief and an important meeting yesterday with my friend @ebuahsang1. In the meeting, we discussed on a lot of things most importantly with the rehabilitating of a group/forum where Cameroonian Steemians can gather, discuss, engage and help one another grow
All this came up because we don't have a WhatsApp group again and this has caused alot of Cameroonian Steemians to slow down and some eventually are not even active any longer.
So giving a new and improved form, structure, or appearance to to create a WhatsApp group was really necessarily because through the WhatsApp group, I, together with @ebuahsang1 and others will be able to reawake some dormant Steemians and also encourage engagement amongst others since steemit is all about being active, consistent and engaging with one another. All this Activities makes steemit journey sweet, smooth and lively.
So @ebuahsang1 and I thought it wise to restore to life and revive by giving a fresh vigor and impetus to create a WhatsApp group for easy communication by Cameroonian Steemians.
This idea was put in the table as a result of the migration of the forma Cameroon WhatsApp group to Discord which made a lot of Steemians dormant and in active since a mass majority of Cameroonian Steemians don't know how to effectively use discord
So after coming out with all the detailed solution in revamping Cameroonian Steemians, we decided to creat a WhatsApp group and here is is the link to the group which is Open to any Steemian across the entire steemit Blockchain https://chat.whatsapp.com/C9ZrI5MsKrl7kGUa6HLmK9
As of now, we already have a total of 26 people in the newly created WhatsApp group and we have began discussion of reawakening some dead Steemians and most of them have been invited to the WhatsApp group and they are very happy after joining the group and have promised to reawake.
After the discussion of revamping Cameroonian Steemians, @ebuahsang1 and i still talked on alot of issues on how to carry out effective Steem-promo in Promoting STEEM in Cameroon. We talked on various strategies like visiting the radio station, carrying out a TV show Promotion, organizing steemit seminars, going out for road shows, organizing sporting activities mostly likely football and handball sporting activities so as to be able to promote steemit to our dear country.
After all this discussions, we came out on how we will effectively carry them out and hopefully, through our hardwork, we shall ensure that everything is carried out because we want Cameroon to engage more into steeming activities
We are also planning to open a Steemit literacy center where we will be recruiting, retaining and mentoring alot of Steemians because we want Cameroonians to join this platform as much as possible.

This is very good. I can't wait to be in a WhatsApp group chat again. When I just joined steemit, there was a WhatsApp group which was lively and communication was done most frequently. So I think this your strategy will be the best idea to revamp and reconnect back alot us Steemians since most didn't know how to use discord. Thank you guys for bringing up this amazing strategy
Thank you @wyzcekunited for acknowledging this strategy brought in place by @ebuahsang1 and I.. we deemed fit that this strategy will work out well and gather back alot of Steemians together where we can chat both on-chain and off-chain steemit related issues and other social life issues since this steemit platform has made us to know one another very well.
Firstly I want to thank and appreciate @chiabertrand and @ebuahsang1 for bringing up such a great and wonderful idea for it has been the worries of most cameroonian steemian because for me the MOD and the ADMIN of this platform has to put more effort to see that the platform grow like any other community but I believe that, from this step put by @ebuahsang1 and @chiabertrand ,I think is already a one step goal to see that this steem -cameroon platform raising back from that level and I think implementation is go to be a change to a way forward for new things .

Wow, you claimed admins and MODs of this community are dormant, meaning they are not active on the platform and are not doing any work. How come your content is curated and comments made by the dormant admins and MODs??🤔🤔. Maybe you are the one doing all the work in the community posting contests, review post , check plagiarism, etc.
Criticize constructively... don't just be saying things. Your posts are curated and reviewed, plagiarism is checked, weekly reports and contests are made and the content creator with the highest number of posts per week is an admin. Dormant how? Dormant in what way? There's no doubt that steem Cameroon is already better, now we need ideas on how it can be on its best.
Give your support to what the others are doing and leave it like that. Don't throw empty punches at the admins.
Am sorry I might have said something to trigger the mind of everyone but I must say that am sorry for my approach
