Steem Promotion is an effective way of helping the masses to be financially independent. If not because of steem Promotion by other users, I wouldn't have known about this platform.

Here I am, an active member of this platform. After being brought into this platform, I resolved to help others know this platform and also raise content writers and millionaires. Although I'm not carrying out these promotion physically, I'm doing so via other social media platforms which has lots of people.

What do you do to promote steemit and/or its token on the steemit platform?

I've done a lot and I'm still trying my best to help people join this platform. To promote steemit social media platform as a whole, I share photos of posts and votes on my Steem account, share texts about steemit on my WhatsApp status and as direct message to people in my contacts. Below are the things I do to promote steemit on other social media platform.

• Posting pictures of votes and Contents on my status: Just take a look at this picture. One of my contact viewed my status which was a screenshot of how someone was voted $151 in just 22 hours. So on my status I said;

Got $151 in just 22 hours. Do you think this is possible with just pressing your phone? Steemit is the answer to your financial problem. You don't need to invest to earn massively.

He dm me immediately after viewing the status.

I also share a screenshot of a comment I was voted on. I got $6 for that comment so I posted it on my status and said;

Just got $6 for commenting on a post. Dm to know how possible this is

Three people messaged me and got signed up.

Another way I do this is by saying, Do you know that you can tell people how your day went and earn in dollars? Here's is how I got

I don't convince. I'm just straightforward and opened. These are the many ways I promote steemit. I barely promote steem token asides the fact that users who creates contents earn free Tron which is one of the reasons steemit platform is the best .

What do you do to promote steemit and/or its tokens off the steemit platform

Lately, many have left steemit due to one reason after the other. Even the students I mentor were at one point lackadaisical and stopped posting because they felt it was stressful. Many left steemit and powered down last month especially because of some challenges which may be;

• Lack of interest in Creating contents
• Not abiding by the rules and as a result seeing no votes in posts made
• Expecting high gains and the likes

My students stop creating content on steemit because she felt it was tiring and the gain or vote wasn't enough. This is how I helped her.
I told her not to view steemit platform as a get rich quick platform. It's consistency that would help her. I then told her how I was subject to discouragement when I joined and how I left the platform 3 good times. Very absurd because I was being inconsistent.

What initiatives do/can you propose to a newbie on steemit, to help him/her improve and become acquainted much quicker?

Personally, to create Contents on steemit requires Consistency. To any newbie, I'll advise he does the following because when I was a newbie, I had little or no knowledge about this platform as a whole and how it is run.

As time went by, I saw the reason I wasn't doing well and adjusted certain things. When I was a newbie, I made 10 good quality posts and wasn't curated. All I saw was $0.00 for the 20 posts. I was damn discouraged like mad. I left the platform 3 good times. To improve and become acquainted on this platform, a newbie must

• study the platform thoroughly and also learn from his or her mentor if he has any. Careful study of the platform will help you know and understand certain things that's required.

• Ask questions. When I joined, I didn't have a mentor and so had nobody to ask but if perhaps a newbie has no mentor, someone can offer to mentor him online if he asks questions and seek help in the platform. It's a social media platform so you're free to interact.

• Don't have this get rich quick mindset and don't take steemit as your permanent work. Attach something that would be fetching you a little income.

• Be consistent

• Set a goal and target

• Set the number of steems and posts you want to make a month and then work hard to achieving that. This will help you remain focus.

What are the advantages (to both the steemit platform and the author) of setting a 100% power up reward on publications?

• To the author, it increases his steem power and allows the user be more focus on that instead of cashing it out

• The user claims rewards in the process of powering up 100% and the higher his steem power, the higher his votes on posts made.

• To steemit as a whole, when delegated to any Community supports and strengthens the voting power of that Community and thereby increasing your votes. 100% Power up helps this platform grow to it.

In conclusion, promotion steemit is one way you can help the masses in this industrial economy. So we should try our very best in helping as many as possible know this platform.
