Contest contest:m//Marriage for life or Contract Marriage

Good evening to everyone I’m glad I’m participating in another contest by @chant because she has the most engaging contest topics which brings out a lot of ideas from the audience and that’s why I’m here too, so thanks for having me dear. Without further ado let’s get into writing.

Marriage is a union between a man and a woman in a religious, traditional and court setting with the aim of building a family together. Though nowadays in other countries we have unions between 2 men and also 2 women (I wonder how that works) but it’s still a union based of gender complexity where a man identifies as a woman and a woman (in the union of men) identifies as a man (In the union of 2 women), but above all is for building a family.

Apart from a marriage for building a family, another marriage exists on the basis of business and agreement which is a contract marriage this I’ve seen mostly between celebrities who want to boost their careers or don’t want the drama associated with a marriage based on love like the one above.
With that said we can proceed to the contest proper by following the guiding questions.

What is your understanding of the statement “for better and for worse till death do us part”?

The meaning of the statement for “for better and for worse till death do us part” is a promise the wedded couples make during marriage this statement means I’ll Love you during bad times and during the good times until we die and leave each other. So it’s a way of saying they will be with each other for all times.

Which do you prefer marriage for life or a contract marriage.

To answer this question I’ll have to make a comparison of the two terms starting with Marriage for life..

Marriage for life is a situation where 2 individuals regardless of sex who have been together and have emotions for each other and decide to spend their life together and share everything together from wealth to the time they have, they share intimacy and work for the growth of each other’s life.

On the other hand, a contract marriage brings together two persons who may or may not have feelings for each other. It’s usually a short termed activity and lasts as long as the intent of it is happening once the reason of the marriage is not there, the marriage is terminated.

Following the comparisons I prefer a marriage for life because it offers more than a contract marriage offers because I for one loves to share intimacy, receive unconditional love from my partner not love based on a setup or contract.

Do you agree that house chores should not be a role attached to a particular gender?

I can’t state this enjoy that no one didn’t marry a house help so house chores shouldn’t be dedicated to one gender though the wives tend to make it their responsibility while the man provides(in a normal marriage of man and wife) but the house chores can be done by both the husband and the wife.

Consider yourself a specialist in the field, and share some tips with youths about marriage.?

As an expert in the field based on considerations 😌 I’d say that in marriage respect goes both ways.
You as a man didn’t marry a house help nor a nanny for your kids.
Learn to take your wife out and wife learn to take your husband out for lunch.
