STEEM CAMEROON BEST DAY CONTEST : 16/09/2021

Hope you all are doing great. A big thank you to @steem-cameroon for another episode of this contest this week. My best day of last week was on Sunday the 12th of September and the reason for this day being my best day is the event ROSH HASHANAH (Feast of the Trumpets) . Rosh hashanah is a Hebrew ward which stands for feast of the trumpets 🎺 and this feast usua comes up at the beginning of the Hebrew year. Before going for the celebration which took place at franko alliance hall bamenda, I left the house in the morning at 8 am and took a taxi to church.
I dropped At sonac street and went to the church house (Beulah ministry) about 15 minutes later, service began with @fongang-fongang on the piano, @ernestakongnwi on the solo guitar, izzy on the drum kit and myself on the bass guitar.
After service which ended some minutes past 12 pm, we the instrumentalists left and went to a restaurant directly opposite moghamo express and ate before moving up to franko alliance hall at veterinary junction for the Rosh Hashanah program. When we arrived the hall, there some finall adjustments going on so we assisted the sound engineers and everything was good. Nathan bass who is our boss on the bass guitar in bamenda was supposed to be the bassist of the program but due to health problems, I took his place.
This is The image of the stage few minutes before the beginning of the feast. We had great saxophonists from around bamenda like @saxopedia, rollysax, sax oracle and many others who made the day a glorious one. The program finally ended at 6 pm because of the nature of the town with insecurity.
