SOME OF MY EDUCATIONAL REFORMS IF I WERE TO BE APPOINTED MINISTER OF EDUCATION

Greetings great minds of @steem-cameroon. It is a great pleasure for me to partake in this great CONTEST which is captioned "EDUCATIONAL REFORMS".

As we're proceeding, I'll be explaining detaily my own rules which I as the minister will be playing. Firstly, what is REFORMS❓. It means making changes in (something, especially an institution or practice) in order to improve it.
As we will dwell on educational reforms, Education reforms, comprises any planned changes in the way a school or school system functions, from teaching methodologies to administrative processes.

In regards to this CONTEST, I will first, call an inclusive meeting with my Entourage on how to go about it. We will be discussing-;
1)What can we do to promote our educational system.

1. How can we be more digitalized
2. What are the new teaching methods that we can buy or borrow from either neighboring or foreign institutions.
3. How can we promote arts technology more than just oral education.

SOLUTIONS:

1. WHAT CAN WE DO TO PROMOTE OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM.

• I think that as far as promoting our educational system, we need to first, do a thorough screening of who to recruit and send to the field as TEACHERS.
• We need to revised our syllabuses every year because as time goes by, everything changes and needs to be updated.

1. HOW CAN WE BE MORE DIGITALIZE

• Rules MUST be put in place that students are of compulsory to use at least, one hour every day to handle lessons on computers and phones based in school and also, in the computer lab.

1. WHAT ARE THE NEW TEACHING METHODS THAT WE CAN BUY OR BORROW FROM EITHER NEIGHBORING OR FOREIGN INSTITUTIONS.

• In every school term, each class MUST go out for field trip. By doing this, the educational reforms are observing massive improvements.
• Teachers are allowed to bring in new studding methods if have.

1. HOW CAN WE PROMOTE ARTS TECHNOLOGY MORE THAN JUST ORAL EDUCATION.

• Handcraft especially should be promoted in school just like in the days of our grandfathers.
• The school system should be split in such a way that students are obliged to put in their best in the domains where they find their selves doing best.
• If languages are compulsory, basic training and environmental science should also be a compulsory subject because after their school career, they'll first have jobs from all this sides which will serve as a source of income.
