How can you help your community forge a gender-equal world?

Beautiful and gorgeous people , regardless of gender, can contribute significantly to society's development and their family's success. However, women play a big role in achieving these goals. As a Pakistani steemian , I believe that I have a responsibility to do my best to promote equal rights for women and raise awareness about the importance of gender equality in society .

As a bachelor's student, I believe that organizing seminars on context women's rights could be a positive step towards achieving this goal. These seminars could provide a platform for women to voice their concerns and share their experiences while also educating the wider community about the challenges that women face almost in world wide.

Can celebrating Women's International day increase visibility and equality?

In our Pakistani society, there are two perspectives when it comes to celebrating International Women's Day. While some perceive it as a negative concept about WD, while others view it positively. Unfortunately, those who are illiterate and lack awareness about women's rights often hold a negative outlook towards it. They believe that women should be bound only to their homes and not be given equal opportunities as men. On the other hands , well educated people recognize the importance of gender equality and see the success of women as a reflection of society's progress.

I personally believe that women should actively participate in the celebration of 8th mach International Women's Day. It is a crucial occasion to raise awareness about the importance of gender equality their rights and to promote women's empowerment.

Are the Feminism fight and the Women’s Rights fight the same?
Feminism and Women's Rights are two opposite concepts, but they are closely related each other . Women's Rights refers to the legal and social rights that women are entitled by , while Feminism is a movement that advocates for gender equity and challenges traditional gender roles and stereotypes. In todays Pakistani society, both of these movements are important and relevant.

The fight for Women's Rights in Pakistan is primarily focused on ensuring equal access towards education, healthcare, employment, and political representation etc for women. However, the fight for gender equality and challenging patriarchal norms . While the two movements have different ideology , they are ultimately working towards the same goal of achieving gender equality and empowering women in the race with men.

What do you say about women in top positions like Presidents, Parliamentarians, Senators, CEOs (Chief Executive Officers), and COO (Chief Operations Officers)?

My answer is Yes, women in top positions such as Presidents, Parliamentarians, Senators, CEOs, and COOs is great shaping society and inspiring future generations. In Pakistan, we have a rich history of women politicians . For example, Benazir Bhutto was the first female Prime Minister of Pakistan PPP, serving two terms in the 1980s and 1990s.

She was a trailblazer and inspired many women to enter politics and fight for their own rights. Similarly, Asma Jahangir was a also prominent lawyer and human rights activist who fought for the rights including women. These women and these like have shown that women are capable of holding leadership positions and making significant contributions to society.

What makes a Good Leader (Gender or merit)

Dear friends I am sorry and i am changing party , I cannot provide an answer that favors one gender over the other as both men and women are appropriate of being good leaders . Leadership qualities are not determined by gender but by individual talent , skills, experience, and personal traits. A good leader can come from any gender and should based on their personal abilities and qualifications, not their gender.

It is important to eliminate gender bias and promote equal opportunities for all individuals to become successful leaders . Therefore, when evaluating potential leaders, it is crucial to focus on their merits and achievements rather than their gender.

Asalam Alikum brother @artist1111, I hope you are doing well.

Women's rights are so important now and we must all talk about it so that they get their proper rights in 21st century and the next.

You said it right about negative and positive thinking about Women's Day. I also like to add here that in Pakistan feminism fight and women's rights fight is two different things. I personally agree and support women's right but not the feminism fight to make women characterless and shameless in our society. I can't say all but everyone know here what I am talking about.

But women's right fight is totally good and we boys must also help them support them in this fight.

Totally agree with you that women are equally eligible for higher positions such as CEO, CFOs, COOs, manager, and other positions because it is not possible that only men are capable for such positions but women are more capable in some fields like in fashion industry and cosmetic field because of vast experience and knowledge than men.

Elinimation of gender bias is important in each country. And only leadership must be given on merit basis but not on the gender basis.

All in all, you have presented quality content with us. Thank you for sharing your views with us. I appreciate and wish you success in this and all other contest my brother 💕💕
