How can you help your Community forage a gender-equal World?

Gender equality and gender discrimination are the hot topics of this era. There are a lot debates and discussion are going on television radio and newspaper. Everyone is giving his opinion how we can overcome this discrimination. There are some points which we can do to overcome the gender discrimination.

The very first thing that we should do to overcome anything bad thing or evil is that we should give awareness to people and tries to educate them with proper knowledge about the issues. There must be proper educational courses about the topics. Gender equality topics should be included in class work topic so that people should get knowledge about this.

Now a days people believe that men only can do the progressive things and this is totally wrong. There are many women in Pakistan such Banazeer bhutto who was the prime minister of Pakistan, Arfa kareem who is the youngest Microsoft engineer and many more who contribute to the world progress. So we should also give equal chance to the women in the field.

On of the reason that men believe that women are totally dependant on them for the financial aid, here we should help the women to do their own business so that they can also get the ground level experience and may benefits them in their practical life. So these are some points which can help to create the world with no gender discrimination.

Can Celebrating Women's International day increase visibility and Equality?

Everyone has its own point of view about the this ,some people think celebrating women day is good but some consider this as not good step. According to my point of view there must be not a single day when we should talk about the woman rights ,their issues and other things about women. Everyday we should talk about their rights and should fought for their rights.

I have seen that people comes on television in this special day and talk about women right but after that the whole year passed and these people never spoke even single word. There are some days like mother day , father day etc, I believe that there must be everyday for the mother and father.

Yeah it can be denied that by celebrating women day importance about this issue can be raised but that Importance only remain for some days and then people forget about that . On this day we should highlights the importance and achievement of the women and appreciate them for their work. In this way we can make this day important.

Are Feminism Fight and the Woman rights the same

In Pakistan the situation is totally different. Women just doing the political things and writing the bad slogan on the pages and claiming that they are working for the women rights. These women are only round about 60 in numbers and also have no support of other women because they are just doing for their political scoring.

In Pakistan these women believe that women should be equal to men in every aspect and that is not true. There are some boundaries set by our religion and also our continuation. Women should not go beyond them but here the situation is totally different. These women are setting bad examples for other women who did not want to do these kind of protest. So in short feminism and women right are two different things .

What do you say about women in top positions in the Country?

I believe in the knowledge ,talent , caliber and achievements of the gender weather there os women or men. If any of them have caliber to do the things must accept the responsibilities. So that is why I believe that both men and women should be in higher positions such as CEO, prime minister etc. There are many examples in our country where women are contributing for the progress of their country.

If we go into the past we see that Benazir bhutto who was the prime minister of Pakistan and she was very much caliber to deliver the things. In recent past we have a girl named as Arfa kareem randhawa* who was the youngest Microsoft computer scientist. In now a days Dr sania nisthar who the CEO of health center also working in ver y best way.

Pakistan military is considered as 7th Largest rank designation in the worl and in recent past nigar johr was appointed as three star general in Pakistan army. Sana mir who is the captain of Pakistan women cricket team also have good caliber. So there are many others such as Munaiba mazari, parveen rahan and many other who work for the progress of the country.

What makes a Good leader (Gender or Merit)

When we believe on the gender for the progress or for the completion of the task then we may fall pray to gender discrimination. So that is why I believe in merit not in gender. When you are assigning the task to someone that task is not gender based, that is based on skills that person have. If that person wether male of female has potential to do that task then that must be assigned to those who have the caliber.

Many times ago and in village this believe is also very strong that men are better than women that is the reason men mostly work in the villages and women just do the housework. But in cities this is not the case ,in cities people believe in the merit and both men and women work in office equally for the progress of the country.

In the past we have seen many female who work for the progress of world such as angela Markel who was the chancellor of the germany. Recentlyjacinda ardern who is most famous leader of new Zealand and the prime minister of new Zealand. Benazir bhutto who was the prime minister of Pakistan. So that is why I believe in merit not on gender that makes the good leader.

Here I would like to invite @steemdoctor1 @cryptoloover and @malikusman1 to participate in the contest.

Comparto plenamente tu opinión que el mérito depende de las capacidades y no del género, por ello hay que incentivar los procesos de capacitación de los ciudadanos para fortalecer sus competencias.

This is a well written and understandable article you have here friend. You are absolutely right when you said we should educate the mass about what gender equality is. This is because most people out there are ignorant about it. Which is why they need to be educated on so as to make them aware and treat every human being equal. Good luck to you

You have made a very interesting publication. You rightly mentioned that education should be an avenue of aiding against gender discrimination too and it is very right. I enjoyed your opinion too you where of the notion that not because men cater for financial problems of females should make them feel superior to females. You also highlighted that the good leadership should be by merit and never by gender. I enjoyed your beautifully sourced pictures too. Goodluck in the challenge #steem-on
