The Xmas season to me is a period of love and celebration. It’s a period we celebrate the birth of Jesus. It’s a season we stay with our loved ones to share love and get together to celebrate the gift of life.

Plot (play) the movie in writing form.

The scene opened up with Alex crying profusely. What makes a man cry? He has just gotten off the phone from a neighbor in his market place. His 18 shops in the village main market has just been demolished without any notice and this is just one week to his wedding with his fiancé and it was on a week to Christmas.

Alex has always had the fantasy of getting married on Christmas because he was born on Christmas and he loves Christmas a lot but this year’s Christmas didn’t seem to be christmasing . He had looked forward to celebrating his Christmas with his lovely family and his new wife. Imagine th joy of a new bride for Christmas.

He cried without consolation until he couldn’t cry again. The parents Mr and Mrs Alex heard of the news and came to console him all to no avail. Alex was their only child and they loved him to the core. The question on his mind was what has he done to deserve this kind of cruelty from life.

As he sat bewilderedabout what had happened to him his mind wandered off on how his ordeal began. He had been in the house one day when one Mr Ekot came knocking on his door.

They hadn’t known each other personally but Mr Ekot was a villager and knows him because Mr Alex was a very successful businessman and loved by people due to his generosity.

In what was a very intriguing but bizarre story, Mr Ekot told Mr Alex of what he had witnessed earlier that day. He had gone to the stream to fetch water and he saw a disturbing sight. There in the middle of the stream was Mr Alex neighbor Mrs Engie standing the middle of the village stream and pronouncing curses on Mr Alex. She said as long as she was alive that he would never get married.

Mr Alex dismissed the story as nothing serious but that was where his ordeal actually started. After this, his relationship of four years crumbled for no reason, he was left heart broken. He has gotten to the age of marriage but nothing was working and he really wanted to settle down

All his relationships will always end in a heart breaking way. The last straw that broke the camels back was the recent happening. Just when he thought he had broken through, came the disastrous news. His business had crumbled hence the marriage couldn’t hold.

This was when it dawned on him that the story the villager told him was real. He began to sort spiritual help and that was when someone introduced him to Pastor Ernest who always holds online prayers and he started joining the prayers and soon enough the curse was broken.

Earnest met the love of his life Esther and they started making their marriage plans. Alex has always desired to marry on Christmas because that what his birthday. They got married on Christmas Day and Nothing evil happened and they lived happily ever after. What God cannot do does not exist.

This is a true life story that portrays the jealousy of men but thank God there’s deliverance. I was over joyed when I heard Mr Alex story. It was such a terrible ordeal but thank God he overcame.
