21 Bridges is a 2019 American action movie directed by Brian Kirk.The film stars Chadwick Boseman as a New York police detective who shuts down the famous 21 bridges of Manhattan to find two suspected cop killers. Chadwick boseman who stared as Andre Davis came from a family of cops dedicated to serve the city but got murdered unjustly. The struggle to maintain his fathers legacy, Davis has earned a reputation for hunting down and killing "cop-killers". He has a reputation of unhesitatingly executing dirty cops.

One a lonely night two drug hijackers and dismissed US soldiers,Michael Trujillo and Ray Jackson,took a job to ransack a wine shop and steal several kilograms of cocaine it was keeping. The attempt went south when they realize there is more cocaine than they were expecting and police officers casually on scene of the robbery. They are forced into a shootout,where Ray armed with automatic assault firepower takes down the officers.

Davis is assigned to the case. Narcotics detective Frankie Burns is assigned as Davis' partner. Davis and Burns come into conflict with FBI agents, who attempted to take over the case. Davis and his partner request that the island of Manhattan to be locked down until 5 a.m, this provided Davis and his partner the window to take down the suspects before the FBI took over the case.

Now on the run, Ray and Michael who have been identified by Davis,persuade their handler to give them a bigger cut in exchange for their identities changed for their escape. They are given more money and their fixer, Adi, an experienced money cleaner gives them new identities and tells them to depart for Miami the next morning.

Suspiciously a team of police led by Lieutenant Kelly quickly manages to locate Adi's apartment. Adi was badly wounted on the shootout between the police and Ray. Adi manages to give Michael two flash drives and the password for them before Michael and Ray escape.

Davis and Burns manage to catch up to Michael and Ray; after accidentally killing a civilian, Ray. Michael manages to hide i however got badly wounded during the shootout whixh led to his death. Micheal however manages to escape in a hotel room, where he unlocks the contents of the drive and realizes that McKenna's precinct was involved in trafficking the drugs from the wine shop and earning profits for it, and that all seven of the cops he and Davis had killed in the shootout had been dirty cops.

Davis manages to catch up with Michael who has abandoned his money,he was able to convince Micheal to turn himself in,before he could burns shot Micheal, before Micheal died he turned the drives in to Davis so he could do whats hes known for. As the police congratulate the two officers for their brilliant efforts, Davis discovers that Burns had contacted Kelly before Adi's apartment was raided.

The next morning, McKenna arrives at his home to find Davis holding him at gunpoint,with full knowledge of what was in the drives, he persuaded McKenna to turn himself in,the effort turned futile as the two got into a gun fight, McKenna ends up being mortally wounded and on the verge of death. Burns who flashes into the scene holds Davis at gunpoint, Davis convinces her to give up after revealing that he had already leaked the information online, and that he doesn't want her daughter to live without her mother should she get a life sentence for killing him. At the end of tte day Davis drives out with contents hidden in the drives.
