MOVIE REVIEW ON THE MOVE CONTEST: 6 UNDERGROUND REVIEW

6 Underground, an action packed movie starring Ryan Reynolds. You know it's bound to be one big laugh from start to finish of he's involved.

Ryan plays a psychologically detached billionaire with one mission, to take out Rovach, a Turgistan dictator who gases a village he happens to visit. He enlists the help of give misfits who like himself have become cynical and lost after seeing the evil go unpunished and he gives them purpose through killing the "scum of the earth" creating a blood trail leading to Rovach.

I find myself seeing this movie as a comedy and forgetting at times it's action. I get a feel good vibe. There's alot of witty banter puncuating gun filled action scenes but it's Ryan Reynolds.

I would however have liked to see him play a character different from deadpool but he was still good in the movie.

The story builds on another theme- family. The misfits find themselves all being gathered under number 1 this eccentric billionaire they know nothing about. For him it's all business and they don't form any relationships with each other so as to keep their focused on the job at hand but you see right from the beginning undertones of their need to belong and we find that being the central theme in the movie and having an identity amongst the people you trust the most. I love how that allows the story to develop some complexity and complexion

There's also a black and white, Good and evil theme seen between Rovach the villain dictator and his brother the darling child of the Turganistan people.

Again all these themes are wrapped up quite nicely in alot of humor and it's awesome really.

It's hard to find something bad about the movie to say. I would rate it 8/10!!
