One Team Spirit, One Nation, One People - Let's Unite & Build A Solid Ground For Our Nation

The year has been a little swayed from normal with much adversity beyond imagination. We never thought to have a tough time and tough year. Our lives for the past 8 months have been full of how to find remedy to the pandemic disease (Coronavirus) or as it has been named as Covid - 19. Our quest to combat it seems to be inevitable, but it too early to think in that way. Many lives have set to face a lot of challenges, discomfort and lack of freedom to operate on our environment. This disease came with its associate rules like; social distancing, desist from personal contacts, quarantined, observing all protocols like; nose mask wearing, sanitizing our hands and many strict rules.

Ghana has never relent on fighting against the Covid - 19 pandemic since its invasion. We have worked as team; with individuals coming together to serve the Nation base on our ability. We have individual entities who have teamed up with the Government collaboratively supporting Covid - 19 eradication. We have some Church bodies who have donated money to support buy equipment to control or prevent the disease. Donation of nose mask, hand sanitizers, Veronica bucket, tissues, thermometer gun and many other materials have reached out the Country to support Covid - 19 eradication Team. So we ask, without the Team Spirit or the Team work where would have the Country be? Because we are one Nation, one people having a common goal of winning together we always work as a Team. "United we stand, Divided we fall!"

Ghanaians cherish our "Democracy." The goal that allows everybody to share his or her view without trembling. The vision of reaching one consensus that will bring peace and unity. The situation where we discourage conflict and things that would trigger conflict and set us apart. We are now in the era of election coming 7th December 2020. Despite all the challenges of the Covid 19 pandemic, we cherish the rule of law and Democracy; it's what the majority of people aspire for is what we will do. We deliberated on it to even pause or have a hold for a while, but the majorities have their heart desire to see the President coming 7th December. So we can't forgo what they wish to see. About a month now, New Register for election has been opened to register New voters towards the upcoming 7th December polls and other relevance entries of documents. Many Ghanaians have registered their names to become a valid voter. They would even complete this exercise by tomorrow, we don't think there would be a mop up, so all qualified Ghanaians are advised to go and register for their Identity Cards.

We looked the situation of the Covid - 19 been an obstacle for our productivity. We think that every possible means is done by World Health Organization ( WHO) to find antidotes to this pandemic disease. Not until then we can fold our hands on our arms while waiting for them. As many are saying that Covid -19 has come to stay with us, we don't want it psychologically affect our well being and our mindset toward work. As this could result in the total decrease in productivity. If productivity decreases as a nation, we will go through many menaces which would be difficult for to control. That is while Ghanaian schools are reopening gradually. Now, the Senior Secondary Schools are writing their final year papers. They were reopened about 2 months ago. The next is for the Junior high school final year students to also write in September. We think many Nations and individuals are thinking how we are coping with this situation in school? Yes!, It's just about strategies and obeying all the preventive measures to reduce the infections. Ghana does not have much stock of resources to fend for ourselves for 5 or 10 years ahead without working, despite the challenges we need to thrive in this life. Gradually, we hope to reopen our primary school, Junior high school 1 & 2. We need to monitor these kids, though their control is very difficult.

In every aspect of life we need Team Spirit to be able to build on. What we hope, what we want to achieve is all base of team building. Especially is we are many championing a course we need to reach out one mutual agreement to be able to take a decision and execute it. In our @steemghana-team too, we need to build a solid ground by working as Team. The Decentralized block chain itself is built with freedom to operate, so we also hold onto that ideology of freedom of expression. We are team, help and let's build Our Team.
