My Membership In Teamg-Nigeria, Meet Our Team

It was on the 8th day of July, 2020 when @greatness96 opened a WhatsApp group chat and five of us (that makes up this group) were added. The team members are @greatness96, @princesstj, @senicbliss , @oluwatobilola and @unyime . It was such a brilliant idea when he told us about the Teamg-Nigeria. That name was actually deliberated upon before we finally chose it. The g in the team name represwnts greatness.
Teamg-Nigeria Isa five-man team and the first formed in anticipation of the Diary game season 2.

Our plan for the team:
Plans on ground for effectiveness of the team are;
Recruitment
Retention and
Reward.
Weekly report of our activities
For recruitment, we plan to recruit at least a member to steemit every week. This means that every member of the team will bring at least a person to steem weekly.
We'll also see to it that the person recruited is retained. And then, they'll be reward for the best recruiters. How is that? Nice right?
We'll also give a weekly report on the progress of the group's activities on weekends, such as new recruits and their recruiters, new game participants and who invited them and best diary game of the group. This is likely to happen when the next phase of the diary game commence; and we'll be using @teamg-nigeria account to ensure centrality. Every member of this team is ready to see to the achievement of these plans.

As a member, I participated in the last phase of the Diary game that ended on the 11th day of July, 2020. Apart from every other benefits attached, the diary game was fun-filled, which is the more reason I am ready to participate in the next phase. As an individual, I am readily prepared to take part daily in the game and also motivate our team members, in addition to recruiting and inviting people to also partake in the game. Also in assisting them (the recruits) in how to go about it as well as assisting the team lead in writing weekly update using the @teamg-nigeria account. I'll also try as much as I can to see to the actualization of our team goals and the effectiveness of the team.

We're looking forward to promoting steem with our group.
