THE DIARY GAME:09-08-2020:MY DAY 9

DEAR DIARY,
I am glad to make my ninth entry into the diary game.

MORNING

I woke up around 6:30 am,I said my prayers and observed oral hygiene afterwards.I didn't forget to listen to the news at dawn.It is part of my morning routine.Next I got to the kitchen and made breakfast.After having breakfast I proceeded to the bathroom and had a bathe.I dressed up and went to the worship centre.It was a great day in the presence of the LORD.The word of God helps to refresh my mind and to lift my spirit.It is indeed a necessity.It is worth doing.I came back around 11am.
Oh! I remembered,I should be expecting some relations of mine.They had informed me of their coming yesterday.I prepared for them in my little way though.We have not met for a while,so I had to prepare food to entertain them.Definitely,I arranged the food and got ready for them.I always like to be ready before my visitors come.Surely,I was.

AFTERNOON

In due time,they arrived and I gave them a warm welcome.We discussed at length,made jokes and also discussed the political system of the country.We talk about the late senator BURUJI KASHAMU who was laid to rest today in accordance with the Muslim rites.

We concluded that death is a destiny for every mortal,no matter your tribe,gender,colour or financial position.Every living being must bite dust one day.It was a moment of sober reflection.After a while I had to serve food to them.I ate mine too.

Myself

I didn't snap them while they were eating for some reasons.Please bear with me as regards to that.They ate the food and I was happy inside me.This is because the joy of a cook is to see people eat the food with satisfaction and alacrity.I had that inner joy.My guests were happy too.
We had to see the movie titled THE HUMBLE SERVANT.It was an interesting movie.The movie tells of a man who was being deceived by his wife to insult and disrespect his father.He and his wife made his father an object of ridicule,even when it was obvious that the father was rich and made the man rich too.

It was only the maid that stood by the old man when his son and daughter-in-law were insulting and maligning him.Little did the young man know that the old man was not his biological father.At the end of the day,the old man told him how he had pick him and nursed him to adulthood,the old man sent him out of the house and took all that he had given him.The young man and his wife become poor.The young man and his wife were ejected out of the house and they had a romance with poverty.The old man rewarded the maid bountifully.

EVENING

My guests left around 5:30 pm.I rested a bit,and washed the dishes.It was a great day.I had dinner as soon as it was 7:30 pm..and I continued to see more movies.I had a lot of them anyways.I am laying down right away, sleep might come anytime.So I had to make my entry into the diary game.
