THE DIARY GAME JULY 6, 2020
Two things very important marked in my diary today July 6, 2020 are:
- Get ECOWAS travel Certificate for my self and daughter. My daughter need to do her undergraduate course in one of the countries within the sub-region. Her father will also need to accompany her, at least to know the University. Two ECOWAS Certificate needed.
- Get some drugs from the pharmacy.
To achieve these I need to be smart use of time before the rains.
First, I went to Federal Secretariat building where immigration offices are.
Having filled all the necessary documents, I was asked to wait for two hours (2hrs). Two hours? Pretty long time to sit-waiting.
I decided to use the time to go get my needed drugs from the Pharmacy while my daughter waited. On my way we met a road block occationed by road construction.
I am aware that the State Government's Road contractor is at work at the Flyover bridge point but knew they would do a bypass for motorists today. I did not like to take the bypass stress.
I called my Pharmacist to send his staff to bring me the drug at that point. Thank God he did.
Back to immigration office.

You are really doing well planning your daughter's education is very paramount. It is at times not easy getting the Ecowas documents, in some countries it has to take a couple months to receive. But despite the the stress you passed through, the happiness is that you finally had it. Thanks for this great diary you have shared with us.
