RIGHT AND WRONG

True law is reason, right and natural. Commanding people to fulfill their obligations and prohibiting and deterring them from doing wrong. It's validity is unchangeable and eternal. It's command and prohibitions apply effectively to good men and to repeal any part of it; is sinful, to cancel it entirely is impossible. Neither the senate nor the assembly can exempt us from its demands, we need no interpreter or expounder of it but ourselves.
There will not be one law at Rome, one at Athens, or one now and one later, but all Nations will be subjected to one changeless and everlasting law and one God will be shared by all of us.
Our master and our ruler Almighty Allah, who invented and instituted this law and arbitrates it's operation.whoever does not obey him, will be trying to escape from himself, will be rejecting his own human nature; and precisely for that reason, even if he avoid what is usually considered punishment, he will suffer the most terrible penalties of all. For example; A honest person or an ideal state never Begins a war except in defense of itself or an obligation. Wars begun without provocation is unjust. For no war can be just unless it's a war of revenge or a war defence. Again, no war can be just unless it has been declared and announced, and unless satisfaction has first been demanded.

When there's a king, everybody except the king has too few rights, and too small a share in what is decided, whereas under an oligarchy, freedom is scarcely extends to the populace, since they are not consulted, and are excluded from power. When on the other ✋ hand there's thorough going democracy, however fairly and moderate, since it doesn't make it possible for one man to rise above another.
