Culture is generally known to be people's way of life, the way they dress, eat, dance, and so on. It also include the customs and traditions of the people.

Most people are known for mascurades and mascurade dance in Nigeria for some specific period of times such as during New yam festivals, mascurades are usually seen in the market squares of such villages and communities during such period of time, dancing and entertaining people.

Example of such villages is my own village EZIAMA NNEATO in UMUNNEOCHI L.G.A ABIA STATE NIGERIA.

In my home town we're also known for a particular native food called Abacha while some other dialects call it ugba, nsisa, iwu and so on.

Originally in my home town we call it iwu and it's usually prepared on every Eke market day .

It's also used to entertain guests, it's usually a welcome home food that's commonly served to visitors of the village residents.

They're also prepared for traditional wedding occasions.

When prepared, it's usually garnished with garden eggs, well chopped onion, fresh dried ice fish, dry fish, cray fish , and so on.

This looks exactly like the one my grandma always prepare for me whenever I travel home. It tastes really great .

We're also known for a particular native mode of dressing which is usually worn during traditional weddings in my home town.

Such dressings include:
neck red bold beads
Waist red beads
Hand beads
Ankle beads
Gorge material

These are some of the culture we are known for in my home town Nigeria.
