A few days ago, I watched the fight between Our Nigerian guy, Isreal Adesanya, and Kelvin Gastelum. This fight has been the talk of the world for the past few weeks before the bell was finally rung on the main day. Both fighters have been seen in their prime fight on several occasions across the world defending their tittles and doing pretty well in every encounter with their opponents. There has been a tremendous build-up for the fight as Kelvin is described by people and the UNDEFEATED CHAMPION, which continue to put fear on the faces of his opponents.
On the other hand, Isreal Adesanya is the UFC middleweight champion and number 4 ranked pound to pound fighter who has a tiny body with great energy. Note that he is also an undefeated fighter in the history of his encounter with his opponents.
In the first round, they both looked relaxed and tried to get each other's weak points. At some point in the first round, Adesanya got a hit that made him stagger, retreat and regain his balance. Kelvin's left hand is really a hit and, his hand speed is tremendous. Adesanya could not communicate many techniques in the first round.

The second round was a little bloody. Adesanya focused more on hitting his opponent with his leg, as advised by his coach, which helped him gain upper hand. He has the second round to his credit. One part I would keep remembring is the super-folic elbow he gave Kelvin Gastelum. It was a killing hit!
The fight continued till the fifth round. Both fighters are super cool and talented but, in the end, one person must become the UFC heavyweight champion.

- From round 1 of the fight, Isreal Adesanya planned to weaken his opponent's leg and keep him off balance.
- Kelvin started with a powerful hit with his left strike, but the force was reduced as the round unfolds
- Isreal is very skillful, balanced, and energetic. That was what gave him the victory
- Elbow strike is very dangerous. Kelvin was unable to use a strike of it, but Adesanya gave it to him in bulk
- They both have nice moves. They are great fighters
I can't predict what would be the result if they fight again, but at least, Adesanya is at the top for now
The fight (Boxing) between Anthony Joshua and Andy Ruiz was just like this. If they (Isreal Adesanya and Kelvin Gastelum would fight again (Kickboxing)), the outcome is left for that day.
Congrats to our own Nigerian guy for the success. We are Nigerians. We are Africans.
