The diary game;04/09/2020.its been a wonderful previsit

Today i was so excited woke up around 04:00am and was just thinking how I was going to surprise my sister inlaw who was introducing her one and only husband to her parents.

It was my first time to attend one but this was going to be unique in its own way by being expectant though with some shaking.
Anyway at around 5:00am,I begun praying as my daily routine feeding of my soul then read my bible till 7;00am meanwhile believing God to speak to me and provide for me to buy some surprise for her.

When one is introducing her husband to her parents here in Uganda,its in all cultures that the grooms sister has to prepare and organise abeautiful gift consisting of flowers,bananas ,sweets,pineaples and other sweet things like apples,oranges all signifying the beauty and sweetness of the bride you are ushering into your home.

Still this is the day,the groom has to come and check on his parents in Law and thank them for giving birth to his beautiful wife and also say thank you with some appreciation gifts like sugar,salt,soap,cooking oil,parraffine,sodas just to thank everyone who has helped in the upbringing of the wife to be.

We reached at around 2:00pm,they welcomed us and after afew minutes we were ushered in for lunch since we had already travelled along distance now feeling tired and hungry .

The grooms sister has to move and search for the bride among many and then when she finally gets her,she has to pick him from the crowd and present the beautiful flowers to her as asign of love and everyone one has to make ajoyful noise because you have found the long waited bride.iam now there presenting the surprise for her after picking her from the crowd as you can see.

This session took over two hours but finally we had to finish up every thing and prepared to go back home.we went home with this local porredge that is given to visitors to take on their way back home as the culture believes.
