Hi friends i hope you will be all right.And its my desire that you always be happy.
I am here and we will disscuss about health and about some tips that are enough to keep a man healthy.So let's start

Health

In my opinion working properly of all body parts without any mixup or disturbance is health.

میری رائے میں جسمانی اعضاء کے بغیر کسی مرکب یا خلل کے صحیح طریقے سے کام کرنا صحت ہے۔
We often see People of old age are fit and healthy while on the other hand a young man of modern age is sick and unfit.Why?
ہم اکثر دیکھتے ہیں کہ بڑھاپے کے افراد تندرست اور صحت مند ہیں جبکہ دوسری طرف جدید دور کا نوجوان بیمار اور نااہل ہے۔ کیوں؟
Because today the diet or food which we are using is impure.If it is not impure then the usage of our diet or our daily routine is not acceptable.
Improper use of diet or disturbance in our daily routine can effect our health.
کیوں کہ آج جو غذا یا کھانا ہم استعمال کر رہے ہیں وہ ناپاک ہے۔ اگر یہ نجس نہیں ہے تو پھر ہماری غذا کا یا ہمارے روزمرہ کا استعمال قابل قبول نہیں ہے۔ روز مرہ معمولات میں غذا کا غلط استعمال یا خلل ہماری صحت کو متاثر کرسکتا ہے۔

If you are healthy you are rich but if you unhealthy then you are worse than a poor because health is gift of Allah.If you want to enjoy life and want to do in your life and want to get this gift then you have to careful about it.So i have some tips that can be helpful and if you have any point or tip then you can comment

Some tips to stay healthy

1.Early rising

Early rising is the biggest point that can help man to stay active all the day.Here i want to mention that offering Fajjar prayer and morning walk is major occasion to stay fit all time.
صبح سویرے اٹھنا سب سے بڑا نقطہ ہے جو انسان کو سارا دن متحرک رہنے میں مدد فراہم کرسکتا ہے۔ یہاں میں یہ بتانا چاہتا ہوں کہ فجر کی نماز اور صبح کی چہل قدمی ہر وقت فٹ رہنے کا ایک اہم موقع ہے۔

2.Drink more water

Drinking more water at morning time is useful.and try to use water of clay pots such as pitcher because pitcher is cheapest source to filter water.Drinking more water is beneficial to increase blood amount.
صبح کے وقت زیادہ سے زیادہ پانی پینا مفید ہے۔ اور مٹی کے برتنوں جیسے گھڑے کا پانی استعمال کرنے کی کوشش کریں کیونکہ گھڑا پانی کو فلٹر کرنے کا سب سے سستا ذریعہ ہے۔ زیادہ پانی پینے سے خون کی مقدار میں اضافہ ہوتا ہے

3.Usage of fruits and salad

Make it necessary to use fruits such as apple and other fruits because an apple of a day keeps the doctor away Just like that use of salad is beneficial and use of milk is also good
اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ پھل جیسے سیب اور دیگر پھل استعمال کریں کیونکہ ایک دن کا ایک سیب ڈاکٹر کو
دور رکھتا ہے جس طرح سلاد کا استعمال فائدہ مند ہےاور دودھ کا استعمال بھی اچھا ہے

4.Enough sleep

7-9 hours sleep is enough for adults.Sleep at a time and awake at a time is most important condition to keep secure our health.
بالغوں کے لئے 7-9 گھنٹے کی نیند ہی کافی ہے۔ ایک وقت میں سونے اور ایک وقت میں بیدار ہونا ہماری صحت کو محفوظ رکھنے کے لئے سب سے اہم شرط ہے۔

5.Exercise regularly

Exercise is also important to keep muscles and bones healthy and fit.Use of milk and usage of protein containing food is also helpful.
پٹھوں اور ہڈیوں کو صحت مند اور فٹ رکھنے کے لئے ورزش بھی ضروری ہے۔ دودھ کا استعمال اور پروٹین پر مشتمل کھانے کا استعمال بھی مددگار ثابت ہوتا ہے۔

You have prepared a very good post in which you have said that about the health of human beings, human beings need different types of vitamins and the people who used to be provided with the food that was provided to them. There were no chemicals and no chemicals etc. And today's youth are getting the food of tomorrow in more development and the chemical frock is useless, it is of no use, therefore today's youth are more aging. And that's why they get old prematurely
