BIRD Plegadis falcinellus known as the BLACK COCONUT
It is known as the black coconut but its scientific name is:
Plegadis falcinellus.
Normally they live in swamps, lakes and rivers, they can also be found in lagoons, plains, cultivated fields, but this was captured by my camera in a relatively central place in the city and that is why it catches my attention, since it is not common to see a bird of this species in places like this.
Their diet consists of adult larval insects, leeches, worms, frogs, lizards and small snakes, and chicks of other
birds
He would not allow himself to be photographed, I tried several times but he never let me get close to him. so i captured it from long distance
