Hello Aslamo Alaikum everyone Welcome to my post. l hope that you are well and happy in these days and hope that you are be in the best health.I start my day with this seclude that l got up early in the morning.l first go on the walk about one hour kilometre and put up the some push- ups because it very necessary for health fitness.Then l take the bath first and wear a simple cloth.Then l have some arrangements of room.After this took breakfast with the bread and carrot and with the tea. Then l left out the house and see the weather because of this day was very pleasant and sun was shining brightly.This time the sun was set up slowly and the rays were dispatched about the weather and see the waterdrops on the plant small.Which were shining very brightly their water structure gives a caption of Diamond. After this l go to my farm which is mostly a name of Akbar farm when l go to the wheat field.

Myself

After doing the work in the field l was tired and do some rest in home bed after taking the two hour rest.This day l learn about the wheat factor effects on it its periods growth and control of its disease and prevention.I took the dinner.
