Assalamu-o-Alaikum my dear friends!
I hope you all will be fine and enjoying the good health by the the grace of Almighty Allah.Allah is the one who has never keep rewards of anyone but it is on the time not before the time.Today i got up early in the morning and first done my fajor prayer and after this i go for a walkand took some exercise.Exercise make us more strong and healthy.After walk i came back home and the breakfast is ready.I eat my breakfast.

میرے عزیز دوست اسلمو او ایلائکم!
مجھے امید ہے کہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی کے فضل و کرم سے آپ سب ٹھیک ہو جائیں گے اور اچھی صحت سے لطف اندوز ہوں گے۔ اللہ وہ ہے جس نے کبھی کسی کا صلہ نہیں رکھا لیکن یہ وقت سے پہلے نہیں وقت پر ہے۔ آج صبح سویرے میں اٹھ گیا اور پہلے میری فجر کی نماز ادا کی اور اس کے بعد میں واکینڈ کے لئے چلا گیا۔ تھوڑا سا ورزش لیا۔ ورزش ہمیں مزید مضبوط اور صحتمند بنائے۔ واک کے بعد میں گھر واپس آیا اور ناشتہ تیار ہے۔ میں اپنا ناشتہ کھاتا ہوں۔

After done my breakfast i go to bazar for buying some different kind of things.Then i passed a shop which is vegetables shop.This shop is full of vegetables.And the vegetables looking so beautiful.the vegetables setting in the row and very clean looking so nice .The ounwer of this shop is very hard-working.Very early morning he go to the vegetables mondy and by more vegetables for his Small Town. Vegetable are very beneficial for our health.

The benefits of vegetables
1-Most vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories
2-Vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber
folate (folic acid), vitamin A, and vitamin C.
3-Diets rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure

ناشتہ کرنے کے بعد میں بازار میں کچھ مختلف قسم کی چیزیں خریدنے جاتا ہوں۔ اس کے بعد میں نے ایک دکان پاس کی جو سبزیوں کی دکان ہے۔ یہ دکان سبزیوں سے بھری ہوئی ہے۔ بہت عمدہ .اس دکان کی دکان بہت ہی محنتی ہے۔ صبح سویرے وہ سبزیاں کی مونڈی اور اپنے چھوٹے شہر کے لئے مزید سبزیوں کے ذریعہ جاتا ہے۔ سبزی ہماری صحت کے لئے بہت فائدہ مند ہے۔

سبزیوں کے فوائد
1-زیادہ تر سبزیوں میں قدرتی طور پر چربی اور کیلوری کم ہوتی ہے
2-سبزیاں بہت سے غذائی اجزاء کے اہم ذرائع ہیں ، جن میں پوٹاشیم ، غذائی ریشہ شامل ہیں

So after visiting a vegetable ship then i go to a flowers shop.The flowers are looking so beautiful and attractive.The color of the flowers are so nice which attracted the peaple.Here we buy all kind of flowers.The impact of the fragrance of flowers so much important on our bady .The flowers impact remains on our minds.

لہذا ایک سبزی والے جہاز کا دورہ کرنے کے بعد میں پھولوں کی دکان پر جاتا ہوں۔ پھول بہت خوبصورت اور دلکش لگ رہے ہیں۔ پھولوں کا رنگ بہت اچھ areا ہے جس نے پیپل کو اپنی طرف راغب کیا۔ یہاں ہم ہر طرح کے پھول خریدتے ہیں۔ اس کی خوشبو کا اثر ہمارے بری پر پھول بہت اہم ہیں .پھولوں کا اثر ہمارے ذہنوں پر پڑتا ہے۔

So afer visit the flowers shop my friend are arrived in the bazar.When i see my friends in the bazar i am so happy because friends are so important part of our life.My friend are very nice paerson and have great personality all of them.Friends are the part of our life.With out the friends the life is so boring.True friend are standing every situation of life.They helps us in every way of life.My life is my friends and family.
Friends are the gifts of god who support us whenever we tend to fall in our lives. A true friend is always ready for sacrifices for the sake of the happiness of his friend. True friendship stands on the terms of mutual help and understanding.

اس کے بعد پھولوں کی دکان پر جائیں میرا دوست بازار میں پہنچا ہے۔ جب میں اپنے دوستوں کو بازار میں دیکھتا ہوں تو میں بہت خوش ہوں کیونکہ دوست ہماری زندگی کا بہت اہم حصہ ہیں۔ میرا دوست بہت ہی اچھا پیرسن ہے اور ان سب کی عمدہ شخصیت ہے۔ دوست ہماری زندگی کا ایک حصہ ہیں۔ دوستوں کے ساتھ ساتھ زندگی بہت ہی ایزاr ہے۔ دوست دوست زندگی کی ہر صورتحال پر کھڑا ہے۔ وہ ہماری زندگی کے ہر راستے میں مدد کرتا ہے۔ میری زندگی میرے دوست اور کنبہ ہے۔

So i am visit a electrical shop where i bought a light tube .I shared you a picture of electrical shop .Whre are the things are setting in the row.And i bought a light tube from this shop after confirmation the price of the tube .The owner of this person is very kind and very honest man.His behaviors towards me and all his customer is so nice.

اس ل a میں بجلی کی دکان پر گیا ہوں جہاں میں نے لائٹ ٹیوب خریدی تھی۔ میں نے آپ کو بجلی کی دکان کی تصویر شیئر کی ہے .میں قطار میں جو چیزیں سیٹ کر رہی ہیں۔ اور میں نے اس دکان سے لائٹ ٹیوب خریدی ہے اس تصدیق کے بعد اس ٹیوب کی قیمت ہے۔ اس شخص کا مالک بہت ہی مہربان اور انتہائی دیانت دار آدمی ہے۔ اس کا میرے اور اس کے تمام صارفین کے ساتھ سلوک بہت اچھا ہے۔

In this picture you can see a full view of a railway station and my town.Full view of the railway station is so beautiful .Here people can sail different kind of thing .Here we go with friends at night and enjoying the one night of the week.We saw a train which is full of people and the speed of the train is very fast.In last few days a man bet the people who laying down the train and won five hundred rupees.He won the bet but it done a crime and he is arrested by the police.And police can show all over the world.

اس تصویر میں آپ ایک ریلوے اسٹیشن اور میرے قصبے کا مکمل نظارہ دیکھ سکتے ہیں۔ ریلوے اسٹیشن کا مکمل نظارہ بہت خوبصورت ہے ۔یہاں لوگ مختلف طرح کی چیزوں کا سفر کر سکتے ہیں .ہم رات کے وقت دوستوں کے ساتھ جاتے ہیں اور ایک رات کا لطف اٹھاتے ہیں ہفتہ۔ ہم نے ایک ٹرین دیکھی جو لوگوں سے بھری ہوئی ہے اور ٹرین کی رفتار بہت تیز ہے۔ پچھلے کچھ دنوں میں ایک شخص نے لوگوں سے شرط لگا رکھی تھی جو ٹرین لیٹ کر رکھتا تھا اور اس نے پانچ سو روپیہ جیت لیا۔ اس نے شرط جیت لی لیکن اس نے ایک جرم کیا اور اسے پولیس نے گرفتار کیا ہے۔ اور پولیس پوری دنیا میں دکھا سکتی ہے۔
