Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Today I am going to participate SEC-S13W6 in the Steem Venezuela community. Where we have been told as a challenge that Lets talk about things that could improve the world. There are many things in the world that we have to take initiative to change. So today I am going to talk about a change that threatens our environment. So lets start by answering some important questions of the competition.

Have you asked yourself what you want change and how to achieve?

There are many things in our world that if we can change. we can improve the quality of life. And to improve this standard we need a better environment. If we think deeply about how healthy the environment of our world is for our life? I don't think anyone can claim a 100% secure environment.

I also think that plastic is polluting our environment. Yes, plastic was once invented for people's daily use, but now it is creating a disaster for the environment. People around the world are abusing this plastic to such an extent that it has been blamed for climate change, including damage to marine environments. Due to the dumping of plastic wastes in the sea. The habitat of the sea bottom animals is destroyed and their lives are destroyed along with it. So I think we should ban the use of plastic. I want to change it on earth to save humanity from the gradual destruction of plastic usage.

On whom does this potential change depend?

I think this possible change is the responsibility of every person in society as a human being. Since we claim ourselves as a civilized nation. As a civilized nation when our environment is getting polluted due to plastic waste. We all have to work together to find a way to change it.

Today due to excessive plastic waste, the natural balance has been disturbed starting with waterlogging. Also the fishes in rivers and seas are dying or losing their reproductive capacity by eating these plastic wastes. Due to this our aquatic resources are under threat. Since this is a man made problem. I think it is up to every human being in the world to change this problem.

Do you have tools to achieve it and take action?

There are several tools can take to achieve this and which is not possible for us alone we all have to take initiative together. I have presented the steps below.

• First of all we should use jute or paper bags instead of plastic bags. By doing this, the environment will be saved from pollution.

• Clinical waste contains a lot of plastic material which is one of the main causes of environmental pollution. So they have to be burnt in a specific place.

• As household plastic packets are non-biodegradable, dumping them anywhere creates water pollution. We should put the plastic packets in the dustbin.

• The government of every country should impose a ban on the dumping of plastic waste in the sea. So that our marine animals are protected.

• Ban or impose tariffs on plastic manufacturing. So that people use jute, paper, clay items instead of using plastic.

Do you think others will emulate these actions for a collective achievement?

I think people who are environmentally conscious like me must follow the above actions to achieve this collective. Because every person in the society needs to understand that the use of plastic is causing environmental damage in the world. I think we should be aware of this change and take initiatives now.

Not only the people but the government of every country should impose a ban on the use of plastic. By doing this, the balance of the marine environment will be maintained along with the natural environment. To keep our world healthy, changing the use of plastic is very important.
