Welcome to my belog ,How are you all .I am@roohiasif 99 from Pakistan .I hope you fine too.I am fit and fabulous.TodayI will be participating Sv gastronomic "Delicious Beef Aloo Gosht"First time I am making my post in this community.This contest organized by Team Venezuela .I am very Thankful for steem Venezuela and whole team to giving me a chance to bring my abilities .because I am cooking lover .Today I took to the liberty of sharing one of the my recipe with you .it's very easy and delicious.

Let's move towards and starts

Oil.7 table spoon
Onion3 big size
Tomatoes3
Green chilli4/5
Ginger garlic paste2 table spoon
Yougard.8 table spoon
Coriander leaves2 table spoon chopped
Potatoes.3 big size
Salt.2 table spoon
Red chilli.1 table spoon
Tarmeric powder1 table spoon
Black paper.2 table spoon
Cumin seeds.1 table spoon
Salmon stick.2/3

We will take a pan and add oil in it. When the oil gets hot, we will add some spices cumin seeds,salmon sticks and add onions in it.We will wash the meat and keep it aside. After the onion turns brown, we will add the meat.

Frying the meat untill the colour of meat change in to golden brown.add ginger garlic paste .Adding ginger and garlic removes the smell of meat and meat taste better .

Then I add spices mention according to the list.The meat is fried well with all the spices.then add half cup of water .

Add chopped tomatoes then frying it .after that add yougrt .frying untill surface the pen then add three cup of water.

Peel and wash the potatoes, cut it and keep it in a bowl.

Add enough water to the meat so that the meat is cooked properly and keep checking when the meat is cooked, then add potatoes .When the potatoes tender add a cup of water to it for gravy.I have added one cup of water for gravey, you can add more than one cup if you want.

So guys This is my todays recipe .I hope you like it.This is my family favourite dish .because we are a meet lover and And potatoes is also eaten by children very fondly in my house and I use a potatoes in different dishes.

All the flavor of aloo meat is in its gravy.In our house we use it sometimes with rice and sometimes with chapati.Cooking is actually an art that is done with a lot of heart.A good cook is one who knows how to test food.I think this dish is very popular, so I thought of sharing my recipe.This is my personal recipe.

That looks very delicious, I am glad that you written the ingredients, I was always impressed with the rich taste of such dishes in Pakistan, India because the other ingredients are similar like in other countries but still the taste is different :)
