I am so happy to be taking part in the last engagement challenge of season 3 week 4 and what makes it more interesting is the topic of discussion on the challenge which is: Fast Food. I am so much a lover of fast food as a bachelor, but before I proceed I invite the following persons, @chiabertran, @b-naj and @tangwe-rene to join me engage on this challenge as well.

At the mention of it's name, I'm show you can guess what is fast food. Fast Food are a variety of food produce in medium and large scale for commercial purposes. Fast Food mostly serve as an alternative meal when we aren't ready to have a full prepared meal. Fast Food are mostly present in urban areas across the globe and can be purchase from a mobile food truck, A bakery, Restaurants and shopping Malls.

Example of fast foods are: Hamburger, pizza, fries, cheese, toasted eggs, shawarma, smoked fish, smoothies, fruit juice and lots more. Fast Food varies from place to place as we travel.

My response to this statement is Yes 85% and No 15%. Here's my reason. Majorities of the world's population are verse with fast food due to the recent innovation in food technology and food processing. Fast Food has help as a primary meal or appetizer for people on their outings, visit and dates. 85%of the people generally who love fast food are the toddler, teenagers, youths, young adults{25-50}, and some elderly.

Main reason while this percentage love fast food is because, it is cheap, readily available, can be taken while having a walk or conversation and lastly it can be save for later consumption.

15% of the population are people in the rural areas especially less developed countries and Africa in particular And the elderly. Most of this target population are use to their traditional meals and worse of it is some them have no idea of what are fast foods. To make matters worse some of them after tasting some fast food will hate it instantly.

Let's take the case of vegetable salad. When serve to an elderly person or any one among the 15%, After tasting rejects it with the saying "We are eating raw grass". Ignorance is the major cause for minors reluctance to fast foods.

When it comes to fast foods I am number one. I do prepare a few fast foods but not the majority. I usually prepare fast foods like, smoke fish, fried potatoes and egg, spaghetti etc. The Rest of the fast food I get it at the supermarket, shopping mall, mobile trucks or any of my favorite restaurants.

Homemade above are relatively simple to prepare and take a Max of 5 to 7 min to prepare it. Apart from homemade I mostly get majority of the fast from a bakery in my area or on a date at the shopping mall.

Usually fast food in my area is prepare according to the target population and hence the haven't been any cases of promotions yet. hopefully it happens in the future. nevertheless, I have a favorite fast food place in my town and it's quite lovable out here. It's a bakery with part of it use as a restaurant. That's a combo of fast food all in once place. I visit this place every weekends to relax.

Do I Think Fast Food Affects My Health?

Fast Food are quite good but I believe and Research shows that it can be harmful to ourselves if we do not consume fast foods with precaution. Fast food affect people in different ways depending on the body. Research shows that fast food can cause the following :

• Indigestion
• Raise the blood pressure
• Lead to weight gain
• Increase our cholesterol level

So before you become obsessed with fast food check these effects and if possible inquire the type of fast food you can consume from your doctor.

What Are My Recommendations For People Who Are Addicted To Fast Food?

Food researchers have specify this following fast food which can lead to the following fast food crisis mention above.

• Pizza
• Bugers
• Fried chicken
• Hot dog
  It's quite diff to cut their consumption completely but we can reduce their intake and rather go for fast food domain like; meals containing proteins, vegetables and fiber. etc.

CONCLUSION

Fast Food are a basic necessity in our daily life. Due to tight schedule at work we barely have time in the kitchen especially the Unmarried ones like me. So sad that if fast food are forbidden we are in a big mess. As specified in my context take fast food with caution and try as much as possible to go in for fast foods with health benefits.
