As long as we live, change is constant. Growth is change and change is growth.

Have you ever asked yourself what you want to change and how to achieve it?

This is a regular question that comes to mind at intervals. I think of what to change in my life, around me, and in my environment. Preparing for change can be scary, but when it's obvious that staying the same way can be more terrifying, you just take the bold step to change.

Change is the only way to grow. Although no one likes change, rather than staying in the same place without results, change is the best advice. For one to change, you have to grow, and growth comes by asking questions.

Asking myself hard questions sometimes helps me determine how ready I am to chase my goal. Just like this question in this challenge, it is a hard one that people who have never asked would want to ask themselves and then reflect on things.

I ask questions about a lot of things because I want to know if I can get more ideas on how to achieve my goals. I believe one idea doesn't work for me, so I ask different people to gain knowledge. Who will I have to become in order to make my goals a reality? This is a very powerful question that comes to mind when the thought of things I want to change comes to my mind.

I have to think: how do these people do things differently to achieve a goal? Do they sleep all through the night and then work during the day, or do they stay awake all through the night and sleep during the day? How do they think? What are their internal conversations like?

These are hard thoughts that come to mind every day.

These changes depend on everyone around me because they will affect each other positively. The change I want for my life would give a great meaning to the lives of all around me. I want the best for everyone around me, so if I must change, it all depends on them.

I know everyone must not like your action or the change you profess, but I choose to change so as to accommodate people around me because, as much as I want to be happy, I also want others to be happy, though people differ.

Do you have the tools to achieve it and take action?

Yes, I have the tools, and my actions depend on when I decide. The Almighty God is the only backup I've got to make the change a reality. I know I also need the finances, the strength, and the ability, but all these are centered on God. If my God helps me with all these tools, then the change I desire will become a reality.

Taking action can commence once all the necessary tools are available.

Do you think others would imitate these actions for a collective achievement?

Well, I think it's a choice! I think people with like minds would imitate the action and work collaboratively to achieve a goal. There are people who are dream killers, who would give the worst of ideas they've got just to make sure they kill that dream of yours.

I cannot force it on anyone; it's a choice, just like I said earlier, because what I desire might not be another's desire, but for my actions, they are worth imitating and would generate greater understanding goals.
