Hello friends,
After a few weeks' time today, I'm going to share my drawings with you. This time we have the chance of drawing to show our drawing skills.
As I have mentioned in a previous post this year is very important for me as I have my wedding so I have a special photo to draw. My boyfriend and I both were discussing having a bride-to-be party before the wedding. So I will share the original picture and the picture I drew as well.
The above image was taken from the internet a few months ago and I can't remember where I took it. But I needed to share my art with you. The above picture is the original image and let me show you how I did the drawing of the cake of my choice.
I took white paper and a pencil with an eraser to do the art. Then I started looking at the picture and drawing. At first I did the main cake part. Then I did the other parts.
Finally, I did the flower parts in the cake. So this is how I completed my art. And here you can see the final output of the art.
Why did you choose to photograph this?
As I indicated in the post earlier I thought of making this art from the design we selected to do the bride-to-be cake for my party. This is one of the most important turning points in my life so I wish to make my own art to make it a memorable one for me.
How long did it take you to draw the image of your photograph?
As I 'm working a bit quicker this was also done very soon. I think I took only 30 minutes to do the full art.
What part was difficult for you to draw?
In this art, I t was difficult for me to take the lines of the dress of the girl in the cake. I had to erase few times to get a perfect line but I think I could not do it as I wish.
