SEC-S7W5 – “My family relic.”

hi, my friends how are you Hope you are all well. I'm fine too. So today Steemit Engagement Challenge S7-W5 is ready to participate in another awesome competition. The title of this contest is "My Family Legacy" I am ready to show my family legacy in this contest today. Many thanks to the Steem Venezuela community for organizing this wonderful contest. “My family heirloom.”

As shown here to all of you, this wonderful old wall clock passed down from my mother's father to my father is a very precious heirloom to us. I can say that it is the heritage of all my family. It is a watch with great sentimental value and my mother got the watch in the 1990s. That wall clock is years old and still works. I have several old objects in my house, but this watch is a keepsake of our family.

Mainly the wall clock chimes every day at 12 midnight and it will chime every day from the day the clock is received. Clock is very important thing for us and it always helps us to see the time. People in my house are punctual so that clock is set to ring every 5 hours.

The wall clock is also a favorite of mine because it was a souvenir from my mom. Almost everyone who comes to my house loves this clock and I love its functionality along with its antiquity. We clean it well like every week and we protect it like a precious relic. But a few months ago, a bug appeared in one of the bells and it was a big loss for me, so I re-edited it and updated it. I felt very happy after the renewal.

As you can see it is very beautifully designed and made of teak wood. It has wood grain and is given a very attractive shine. And some parts made of glass have been added to its front part. They have worked to make the bell tower look beautiful by adding that glass kit. My mother's father has preferred this wonderful wall clock because this clock is made of wood. My grandfather is also a carver, so he embellished the front of this watch with engravings.

As a precious memento of my grandfather, we keep it very safe because he kept it very safe cleaning it almost every day. The day he had this wall clock in his house, he kept it very happily because it was his favorite. So since the day he left us, we have loved this watch as much as he did.

So this wall clock was gifted to me and my mom before he passed away and I will cherish and protect this clock for as long as my mom and I live. Also, we keep this watch as a souvenir like every day by solving every error that occurs in this watch. It will really feel like our life.

It is truly a family heirloom and its value is beyond measure. It's been there for two generations and I'm working to keep it for generations to come. So I present to you a selfie with my relic.

CONCLUSION
