The buildings are the stores where market Women and Men stay and sell they products and my visit to the Market was in Block A Store, Block B Store, Block D Store and Block F Store. Stay turn with me here let me show you what some of the kinds of products that are sold in the stores that I visited.
My Visit to Block A Store:
Block A Store, is where food products are sold. The block A store is a very big building that has a lot of diversify products ranging from Rice, Beans, Groundnut oil of different sizes both in gallons and sachets, ingredients such as spices and many more.
From the image above, we can see how diversify products are line up for sales, and how customers are patronizing marketers of the products. In terms of prices of some of the products that I make an enquiry of their prices from 2 sellers they're not too expensives since is an international market. However, below are the prices of some of the products that are sold in Block A store that I visited.
Items | Price in Naira | Price in Steem |
---|---|---|
Rice 1 painter | N2,200 | 18Steem |
Beans 1 painter | N2,000 | 17.5Steem |
Groundnut oil in 75CL | N900 | 8Steem |
Palm oil 75CL | N700 | 7Steem |
Ok friend from the image above ☝️, you can see one of the seller in the market was measuring beans from me in a paint rubber. Let's take a look at the second store that I visited and see the type of products that are sold inside.
My Visit to Block B Store:
Block B store, is where perishable goods are sold. The store is of the same size with that of store A. Store B, is where you can purchase products such as Meat, Ice fish, dryfish, crayfish, vegetable leaf, fresh Pepper, Tomatoes, onions, Garri and whatever perishable stocks you might be looking for.
One good thing about this area is that all they products are very cheap compared to any other places here in my Community Abakaliki. Some of the prices of the products are details below:

---|---|---|
Meat (Beef,Goat, Meat) etc | 500 Above | 4.5Steem above |

Garri 1 painter | 1000 | 11Steem |
My Visit to Block D Store:
The block D store, is where clothes and shoes such as Pam's slippers, sandals etc are all sold. In this part of the store you can also buy material clothes and sewed it the way you want. The clothes aren't too expensive and they prices are base on the quality of the clothes.
Block F Store:
The block F store, was the store that I visited last without going deep to see most of the products that are sold inside. At block F store, I only stopped at the entrance of the store and the products that I saw was Body Cream of different brands. The least body cream is sold at 500Naira which is equivalent to 4.5Steem.
Ok Friend, this come to to the end of my visit to Abakaliki International Market. However there are other places that I couldn't visit inside the market because of time and how big the market is, but by the special grace of God as long as we live I will share some of them with you. Oh I see a lot of product I am familiar with, in block as the market space divided here in the western part of Nigeria, the prices if this goods are cost effective because the influx of people will ease the sales which will lead to good profits,
