Hello, my dear steemians, today I share with you my entry for the Steemit EXLIBRIS CONTEST: announced by @filinpaul.
Estoy contenta de mostrarles mi humilde biblioteca, allí están algunos libros, unos los conservo aún en casa de mi mamá y otros arriba del closet organizados por año escolar, porque son todos para estudiantes de educación secundaria. Voy sacando a medida que mi hija avanza de grado.
I am happy to show you my humble library, there are some books there, some I still keep at my mom's house and others on top of the closet organized by school year, because they are all for high school students. I take them out as my daughter advances in grade.

El primer libro que inició mi biblioteca es La Primera Cita, la calle del terror de R. L. Stine, cuando tenía 15 años , lo compré en Maracaibo en un puesto donde los libros se esxhibian en una mesa, en ese tiempo me gustaba el terror. Luego le Sigi´otro del mismo auto llamado Obsesión Mortal. En casa de mamá ninguno lee, pero a esa edad comencé a viajar sola a Valencia a casa de mi tío, y allí el tiene una biblioteca hermosa, y comencé a leer sus libros y luego compré los mios, la serie de Harry Potter fué uno de los que leí estando en su casa.

Stine, when I was 15 years old, I bought it in Maracaibo in a stand where the books were exhibited on a table, at that time I liked horror. A medida que avanzaba en el tiempo me interesé por los libros de Paulo Cohelo, siendo el primero en leer Verónica decide Morir, y de allí casi todos los que escribió, gustándome mucho A orillas del rio piedra me senté y llore.
Ya más adulta los libros sobre educación eran los elegidos, enciclopedias sobre valores, planificación, estrategias de aprendizaje, etc.
Hay uno muy importante Estrategias Docentes, Enseñanza de contenidos curricuares y desarrollo de habilidades de pensamiento por Paul D. Eggen Y Donald P.Kauchak, esté me lo regaló mi amigo de toda la vida en el 2012, mientras estudiaba la maestría, cada modelo que se expresa en mis estudis fuerons llevados al ambiente virtual y fue una experiencia increible. Atesoro mucho este libro.

There is a very important one Estrategias Docentes, Enseñanza de contenidos curricuares y desarrollo de habilidades de pensamiento by Paul D. Eggen and Donald P.Kauchak, this was given to me by my lifelong friend in 2012, while I was studying for my master's degree, every model that is expressed in my studies was taken to the virtual environment and it was an incredible experience. I treasure this book very much.
Y debo admitir que a mi edad soy fanática de la serie de libros de Stephenie Meyer, la serie de Crepúsculo, Amanecer fue el que más me gustó. Esta historia de amor inseparable que lo vence todo, me cautivó en su época, y pues los recuerdo y me siguen gustando.
And I must admit that at my age I am a fan of the series of books by Stephenie Meyer, the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn was the one I liked the most. This story of inseparable love that conquers all, captivated me in its time, and well I remember them and I still like them.
Entonces así poco a poco fui llenando mi biblioteca, a medida que crecia y mis interes iban cambiando. Siempre van a predominar libros educativos porque es mi profesión.
Pero ahora en mi vida me involucro con la iglesia, por lo que libros religiosos y novenas no me faltan, siendo mis elegidas las novenas de Santa Mónica y San José.
Y por supuesto mis deseos de aprender a cocinar no se quedan atrás con los recetarios de comida.

So little by little I filled my library, as I grew and my interests changed. Educational books will always predominate because it is my profession.
But now in my life I am involved with the church, so religious books and novenas are not lacking, being my chosen ones the novenas of St. Monica and St. Joseph.
And of course my desires to learn to cook are not far behind with food recipe books.
