Create an alter ego for yourself who is this person that you strive to be. Who do you dream about yourself being and create that list and start working toward that every day little steps every day along with that goes.

Make a list of all your accomplishments there are in your life but we tend to focus on the negative right, we are negatively bias so it's natural for us to focus on the negative we have to create this positive atmosphere for ourselves and Surround ourselves with positivity.

List your accomplishments so that when you are down you can go to that list and it should be as long as this page because I know if you are in midlife you have accomplished a lot of stuff.

Start celebrating everything little things big things. There are no little things again if you're in midlife there's a lot that you've done that you have to celebrate back to your subconscious mind.

Another thing that I did was I stopped focusing on what others think what they thought of me or what I should do or who I should be and stopped comparing myself to other people now again I'm not perfect at this. I'm I said I'm you know mostly recovered people pleasing procrastinating perfectionists. There are times that I have to check myself and make sure that I'm not getting into comparison.

Another list to make is to list everything that you're tolerating and maybe you wonder well how do I know if I'm tolerating it. You know how you feel or what triggers you if something triggers you, you get upset, you're resentful you're frustrated, you're exhausted then you are tolerating something and what is that thing that you're tolerating just pay attention to how you feel. We should be living most of the time in inner peace but we are so used to stress being the norm that we don't realize that we're tolerating crap that we were never put here to tolerate. we weren't put on Earth. We are not living our life to tolerate stuff so what are you tolerating.

List of everything you hate about yourself. I know this sounds counterintuitive like why would I want to list out what I don't like about myself and if hate is too strong of a word for you then make the list of things that you would prefer to be different about yourself. Again so many times we try to avoid stuff and so we avoid these things that we don't like about ourselves but when we avoid them then we are never compelled to do something about them. We just are suppressing them instead of facing them and seeing it in black and white will help you do that.

You can do to reinvent your life is to feel happier and you know the secret to feeling happier deciding to be happy.

Choose to be happy it doesn't necessarily come automatically. We have to choose it again. We are programmed to go toward the negative we're negatively biased. So many times we have to decide to be happy. Let go of the past when we hang on to the past it just runs and ruins our life there's nothing we can do about it and the past does not make you who you are so let it go.

if you're in a place of something needing to change, you don't need to be wrong for you to want something better in your life I'm sharing things I've done over the last 6 years and that worked for me. Take what resonates with you and leave the rest. This is not meant to be a checklist.
