The importance of leadership in companies.

Greetings to all members of the Steem community and especially Steem Venezuela, in this first installment and opening of my blog I come to talk about the importance of leadership in organizations I hope you like it.

Undoubtedly, in the complex and competitive world where organizations are developing, they need to have capable leaders, trained and aware of the challenges they must face to meet needs that allow good administrative management and the achievement of results that can lead companies to transcend over time and remain competitive in the markets being profitable and successful.

That is why talking about leadership has become more and more common within organizations, since they cannot control everything from the top management, which is the reason for the continuous search for personnel with the ability to innovate, transform and guide others towards efficiency and effectiveness to ensure the proper functioning and achievement of the objectives set by management.

Undoubtedly, being a leader depends on many characteristics, which is why organizations are in constant search of people who can help in the transformation of thinking and problem solving within organizations.

It should be noted that leadership today is a determining tool within the administrative processes in this regard Ramirez and Monte de Oca (2015) states that a leader "is one who can be considered as that person capable of motivating others to perform, implicitly a series of activities that seek an object of common interest for both the leader and his followers".

Society and the world are constantly advancing and one of the most notorious advances are the attitudes of individuals characterized by leading and having unique personalities, which significantly influences other people, making them act according to their ideologies and thoughts.
