Good day great steemians,hope you all are doing fine, mostly want to appreciate @miyexi for bringing up this beautiful contest about flowers in our garden.

Ornamental plants

Ornamental plants are mainly shrubs,trees,flowers grown by man for decorative purposes,ornamental plants are grown in churches, restaurants, houses and many more places to beautify it.ornamental plants can also be of medicinal to man, preventing and curing major illnesses.

major types of ornamental plants

✨ Hibiscus flower

Hibiscus flower has been planted for centuries,mainly for decorating and its medicinal purposes,petals, stigma, ovary, anther and other parts makes up a full grown hibiscus flower.it's very easy to grow an hibiscus flower.

steps to grow hibiscus

✨You choose the colour of hibiscus you want to plant,it usually comes in pink, red and white
✨You choose to plant it through it seed,steem or a transplant
✨it should be planted when the winter is over because hibiscus are sun lovers
✨Find a suitable place dig a hole and insert it..then you water it on a regular basis

To add, hibiscus flowers are very beautiful in nature to symbolise love,affection peace and more..it can also be used to treat ailments like high blood pressure, liver issues, heat and so on.

Ixora flower

Ixora flowers are mainly for decoration because of it beautiful clustering nature, withstanding nature, beauty and it fragrance.ixora flower comes in so many colours mainly red, pink and white with such colours it suites any environment.

Steps to grow Ixora flower

Ixora flower loves moist soil withstanding also tough temperature and harsh weather,so it can be planted almost everywhere.
✨You grow Ixora mainly by propagation,which is cutting from the root.
✨Ixora flower needs regular watering which keeps it moist
✨ Pruning and trimming is required when it grown to bring out it beauty

Ixora plants are used to treat skin diseases like pimples,rashes heat boils also treating of scalp, dandruff and dead skin

Crown of thorns

Crown of thorns are so beautiful that it so stands out to show love, happiness and peace,crown of thorns are best used for indoor and outdoor decoration because of it outstanding nature not minding it horns on the steem,it symbolises a painful burden as it was placed on Jesus
✨There are grown basically by propagation, focussing more to the sun for it growth.
✨Don't really need regular watering

Crown of thorns also can be use to treat cancer, asthma and chest congestion
