SEC-S10W6– "You can also learn from mistakes"

Warmest greetings from my part of the world, I am so happy to show my participation in the above contest topic, thanks to the Steemit team and the entire Steemit blog for the initiative of the engagement challenge, thanks to the community for a wonderful contest topic."You can also learn from mistakes" So glad to share so keep reading down friends.

Mistakes are bound to be made in life. The journey of life is not always as smooth as we all know. Every steemian here I believe must have gone through a lot of mistakes while coming up in the steemit platform. Now, all of those mistakes whereby the steemcurators come by to correct us are the reasons we are good in the platform today. Mistakes can come but the truth is that we learn and take corrections from those mistakes too.

Yes! I can of course learn from my mistakes. Growing up, I was so stubborn and felt no one could talk to me anymore, especially during my teenage stage of life. I could just start beating my younger ones just like that, which I noticed was a very bad habit, anger was another thing that so much rapped my mind althrough those stubborn moments of my life. On a faithful day, at age 19, I was so furious with my elder brother to the extent it lead to a fight between us, I picked a wood angrily and hit him in his hand.

My brother cried in pain but I never bothered to go close to him because I felt I have done the right thing. My brother went through a lot of pain in different hospitals which was all because of the angry spirit in me. Yes, I can call that a mistake because, in a normal sense, I shouldn't have hit him that way.

Now, right from that incident, I became the most changed and gentle person ever because I was deeply touched after watching my elder brother crying in pain and tears, I was touched and deeply sorry, so so sorry, and kept asking myself why did I do that to him.

Look, never should you think mistakes are failures. Every mistake comes with a spirit of strength, you might have done the worst but there is always a strength accompanied by each mistake unless you keep believing that mistakes are failures then you will keep being wayed down, frustrated, and never having a taught to stand on your feet to say I know that was a mistake but never again will I allow that frustrate me, be strong guys!

I have seen a lot of girls who think getting pregnant out of wed luck has become a total failure and an end of life, no! And never! Mistake is a step to stand and work on yourself to become that great person in you. You might be delayed and all of that but you can still work in yourself. Clean up the dust on you and move on.
