My opinion on the new Steemit Engagement Challenge season 20.

Greetings everyone!

I feel so happy to drop my participation on the above contest topic organised by @wilmer1988
It's very important to review what has happened i.e hearing everyone's opinion on important events especially the engagement challenge which I am here to air out my mind on what I have observed so far, keep reading down my friend.

What did you think of the number of 16 weekly challenges?

The number of 16 weekly challenges was a good idea entirely, I love the participantion of users. The joy of being a content creator is the fact that contests are made available for participation and most of this participation is to read, hear people's mind on particular issues and also understanding different people's idea on things happening around our world so, having a number of 16 weekly challenges gladens my heart because I was able to participate not fully but once in awhile I drop my participation.

Did you enjoy the topics discussed?

Yes ofcourse, there is no topic that counts to be of no important. Every topic is very important as far as the Steemit platform is concerned. The platform I know so far is a platform that gives room for quality, mature and important ideas to be shared on given topics or anything that would admonish humanity.

Perhaps those topics were good topics because since they are called teaching teams, they actually tried their best somuch to see that they teach a particular topic before giving a home work and those home works are in lign to what has been presented on the lesson so, I really did enjoyed it.

What was your favorite team of teachers?

My most favourite teaching team was that of the @xkool24 and @mainuna which they specialise on the topic, Agriculture. It became my favourite teaching team because all they were presenting and giving lessons on are things that happens around me.

My father by God's mercy is a farmer so I really enjoyed the contests that comes especially from this very teaching team and it was indeed a lively one. Every bit of their explanation are very clear to me because they are things I go to farm and see them by myself especially the topics: Pests and diseases.

How were you able to observe the objectivity and evaluation criteria of the teachers when selecting the winners?

At the cost of the engagement challenge, I have noticed that the selection of winners was not base on club status or number of comments by a user but it's strictly the quality of the post. I really prefer this method or criteria of selecting winners because it makes everyone to sit up right and then deliver appropriately. Writing a quality post is as good as giving yourself a very quality time to give out the best in you.

Were the winners balanced or repetitive?

The winners were actually balanced from my observation. Although I never gave my full attention to the winner selection because most times when you give an attention to that part, it will get you more angry than ever.

Let's say I'm a friend to any of the teaching team and when it comes to selection, we will find out that, that fried who is part of the teaching team would like to pick his friend which is already annoying. So far I have observed that the winners are not repetitive but no matter what, there are winners that were selected based on reputation and familiarity.

Do you think that communities should stop being supported in their growth?

I do not really buy that idea of community shouldn't be supported for their growth. These communities are owned by people who have worked their axe down to see it stand and secondly, with out community in the Steemit platform might actually be a personified kind of blogging platform where everyone would like to grow alone but having the existence of communities will make the house a better one so they should be supported.

End your participation by sharing any important fact you consider (positive or negative) that cannot go unnoticed.

Alot has been said, but the little Important fact I consider that cannot go unnoticed is the fact that the Steemit team should have a thorough look on the differennt application dropped by teaching teams and them pick different areas of teaching. The last engagement was mostly in computer whichbisbgood but should have been spread to more other topics. Thank you all.
