@shuly, That is normal that when we make mistakes we feel discouraged and discouraged we are human beings with feelings.
Of course it is up to us to know how to handle these situations and look for the good side and learn from those mistakes to get ahead.
Surely our mistakes can help us grow and reach the goal we set for ourselves, as long as we have the ability to assimilate and analyze those mistakes.
Since that will not give mental maturity and experiences that will help us with our personal growth
Accepting that mistakes are a "Journey of Growth and Fulfillment", that point of view is excellent for me.
