My Actifit Report Card: November 21 2020
Hallo Steemians, HivePeople und Actifitter,
Heute habe ich die 10.000 Schritte mal wieder übersprungen und somit gibt es auch einen kleinen Actifit-Post.
Meine Mutter ist vor drei Wochen umgezogen und seitdem ist ihre Katze nicht mehr draussen gewesen und daher musste ich heute Vormittag ein bisschen werkeln.
Für die Terrassentür habe ich ein passendes Brett zurechtgesägt und hierin eine Katzenklappe eingebaut. Somit kann die Katze jetzt auch demnächst wieder nach draussen.
Am Nachmittag haben wir dann einen ca. 1-stündigen Spaziergang durchs Dorf gemacht und ein paar Magmars am Pokemon-Community-Day gefangen.
Für die nächste Woche habe ich mir wieder, trotz grosser "To-Do-Liste", etwas mehr Sport verordnet. Ich hoffe das klappt.

Today I skipped the 10.000 steps again and so there is also a small Actifit-Post.
My mother moved three weeks ago and since then her cat hasn't been outside and so I had to work a bit this morning.
For the terrace door I sawed a suitable board and put a cat flap in it. So the cat can go outside again soon.
In the afternoon we took a 1 hour walk through the village and caught some magmars on Pokemon Community Day.
For the next week I have prescribed myself a bit more sports, despite a big "to-do-list". I hope that works out.
Oh well, Sunday to all of you.
