My Actifit Report Card: March 3 2022

Yesterday, I had the privilege of being a part of the morning brief sports/exercise session as part of our 2022 Pastors' retreat. We shared the field with students preparing for their Interhouse sports competition coming up next week.

The few minutes of jogging, running and push-ups was helpful to boost my heartbeat and blood flow.

Health is Wealth and we must intentionally set our health goals in order to stay fit to achieve other life goals.
